In this post, I am going to share an innovative recipe that is mixed vegetable rice through a video tutorial. The ingredients used in this recipe are easily available. Rice can be prepared in a variety of ways. You can include any kind of vegetable or meat. however, I used a combination of vegetables here. It is the best method for consuming vegetables with fresh flavors. The recipe is already available on my Innovative Recipes YouTube channel. Here, the cooking method is made simple so that anyone can do it.
this recipe is full of calories. because the vegetable is a best source of protein. this dish has a unique taste.
Mix vegetable rice Recipe

Rice | 1 glass |
sauces | 1+1+1 tb spoon |
water | 2 glass |
lemon | 1 |
cumin seed+ cinnamon sticks +cloves | 3-4 |
red chilli flakes +salt+ turmeric | 1+1+1 tablet spoons |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Gingr, Garlic Paste | 1 tablet Spoon |
Tamarind | 1 tb Spoon |
Onion | 2 |
Tomato | 1 |
carrot,capsicum,cabbige | 2+2pcs+half pc |
Preparations
First of all, i take oil in a wok and add chopped onion. fry it
when it becomes golden brown then i add ginger garlic paste.
then i add cumin seed, cloves, cinnamon sticks
after that i add tomato, tamarind and all spicies. add some water and mix it well.
now i add vegetables ( cabbage, carrot, capsicum)
then i add chicken flavour spice
now i add venegar, soya and chilli sauce and fry it well
then i add 2 and half glass of water, water is always twice of the rice ,as i have 1 glass of rice.
cover it for 4 minutes and then add water dipped rice
mix them and cover for 5 minutes on medium flame.
serving time...
