Los gustos en las personas varìan mucho, digo mucho con demasiado. A veces los gustos son tan variados que hasta en el pan que nos agrada existen las diferencias.

Gracias a Dios que existen las personas que son expertos en la industria del pan y desde allì complacen los gustos de las personas que acuden a sus panaderìas cada dìa.

Dentro de la variedad que existe van cambiando los gustos de acuerdo a las nuevas recetas y combinaciones que realizan los expertos en la tarea de hacer pan.

Pasan los años, considero que mi pan favorito es el Bombòn, asì lo llamamos los venezolanos, unos con azùcar otros con la superficie de coco. Huelen muy ricos.

Within the variety that exists, tastes change according to the new recipes and combinations made by the experts in the task of making bread.

As the years go by, I consider that my favorite bread is the Bombòn, as we Venezuelans call it, some with sugar, others with a coconut surface. They smell delicious.

En los años que siempre son recordados por la dureza como fuimos tratados en la economìa, eso repercutiò en todos los aspectos de la vida de cada familia, no se conseguía ni siquiera la harina para que los panaderos siguieran realizando el pan, gracias a los años que han pasado se ha logrado mejorar un poco y la gran mayorìa hemos podido manejar un presupuesto para una alimentaciòn permitida ademàs de pequeños gustos como es el bombòn para la merienda, por lo menos una vez a la semana.

Este tipo de pan dulce, no tan dulce, un poco tostado en su cubierta, el azùcar le da un gusto especial, este bombòn no pasa de moda, va de generaciòn en generaciòn. Eso era algo asì como obligatorio ir a la panaderìa comprar el pan salado y la bolsa de bombòn como el dulce ideal.

It was something like obligatory to go to the bakery to buy the salty bread and the bag of bonbon as the ideal sweet.

En tiempo actual, las panaderìas cercanas a mi casa han mejorado en la fabricaiòn del pan, por ello tambièn en el bombòn, por razones de recortes econòmicos no tenìan ese sabor agradable y a veces parece que no los horneaban como debe ser...era algo asì: no compres bombòn allì, en la otra tienen más gusto.

A pesar de tanta crueldad con los salarios existen mecanismos para que el ciudadano comùn logre obtener un poco mas de dinero del que obtiene en sus quincenas y esto ha hecho que los sitios como las panaderìas hayan resurgido. A la mayorìa nos agrada compartir un cafè en un lugar concurrido.

Me encanta comer un bombòm azucarado con un buen cafè con leche que se siente bien cremoso y sin azúcar, si no se hace en la panaderìa se hace en casa. Además de los recuerdos que atesoramos con un bombòn en tiempos de liceo. Los que vivieron esa experiencia saben de lo que hablo (en esos tiempos era con Pepsi cola).

I love to eat a sugary bombòm with a good coffee with milk that feels creamy and without sugar, if it is not made in the bakery it is made at home. Besides the memories we treasure with a bonbon during our high school days. Those who lived that experience know what I'm talking about (in those days it was with Pepsi cola).
