Four-Ingredient Ice Cream

Greetings to you my dear hivers! How are you all? It has been a rough 2 weeks for me since I got busy preparing for my on-the-job training but I am back now.

It was blazing hot today. As soon as you step out of the bathroom after a bath, you'd want to go back inside. You'll start sweating all over your body. It is best to drink or eat something cold today to beat the heat.

Ice cream was the first thing that came to mine and my brother's minds, but as we glanced outside, we realized that no one would want to go out in this kind of weather today, so we decided to make our own ice cream using only 4 ingredients.

Let's start making our four-ingredient ice cream.

The first step is to get all of the ingredients ready.

In a mixing bowl, pour your all-purpose cream.

(It's better to use hand mixers to make it quick and easy.)
Whip your heavy cream with a hand mixer.

Then add the condensed milk and stir.

Using an electric mixer, whip it into a stiff peak.

Smash the biscuits until they're crumbs and add it to the whipped cream.

Fold the whipped cream and the crushed biscuits.

Place in another container that can be refrigerated.

Add more biscuit crumbs on top.

Because my brother and I enjoy eating marshmallows, we decided to include them in the larger container.

After that, we chilled it for 8 hours. It looked exactly like store-bought ice cream after freezing. I was blown away.

Scoop and serve now.
