Hoy les comparto unas ricas galletas de mantequilla que hice ayer por la tarde para la merienda.

Utilicé los siguientes ingredientes:

250 grs harina todo uso
70 grs de azucar
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de vainilla
Una pizca de sal
Rodillo
Cortador de galletas

I used the following ingredients:

1 teaspoon vanilla
a pinch of salt

Preparación:

Comenzamos colocando la mantequilla en un bol revolver agregando poco a poco el azúcar, luego añadir el huevo.

Continuar agregando la vainilla la pizca, de sal y la harina seguir revolviendo hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes.

Luego continuar amasando con las manos, hasta obtener una masa suave, colocarla en papel transparente y refrigerar por 30 minutos.
