Espero que estén pasando un lindo lunes, feliz inicio de semana para todos!!✨ Desde hace tiempo quería comer hamburguesas, entonces me propuse comprar los ingredientes que necesitaba para prepararlas yo misma en casa, y hoy les quise compartir este post, es mi primera vez preparándolas y se fue la luz en el proceso JAJAJAJA😅. Espero que les guste mucho este post, a continuación les indicaré los ingredientes y cómo las hice:

📌 Ingredientes:
- Carne molida.
- Adobo.
- Salsa inglesa.
- Salsa de ajo.
- Mostaza.
- Salsa de tomate.
- Mayonesa.
- Pan para hamburguesas.
- Queso amarillo.
- 3 tomates.
- Lechuga.
- Aceite.
- Sal al gusto.
📌 Ingredients:
- Ground beef.
- Adobo.
- Worcestershire sauce.
- Garlic sauce.
- Mustard.
- tomato sauce
- Mayonnaise.
- Hamburger bun.
- Yellow cheese.
- 3 tomatoes.
- Lettuce.
- Oil.
- Salt to taste.
Primero, le agregué adobo, salsa inglesa, salsa de ajo y mostaza a la carne molida, mezclé muy bien y la dejé reposar como por 30 minutos aproximadamente.
First, I added adobo, Worcestershire sauce, garlic sauce and mustard to the ground beef, mixed it very well and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Luego armé las tortitas de carne con ayuda de mis manos limpias. (Me di cuenta después de freírlas que las tenía que hacer un poco más grandes porque se encogen ☹️).
Then I assembled the meat pancakes with the help of my clean hands (I realized after frying them that I had to make them a little bigger because they shrink ☹️).
Después las coloqué en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite a fuego alto.
I then placed them in a pan with a drizzle of oil over high heat.
Luego de que se frieron bien, les agregué queso amarillo y cuando se derritió las retiré de la sartén.
After they were well fried, I added yellow cheese and when it melted I removed them from the pan.
Procedí a preparar la salsa mezclando mayonesa y salsa de tomate.
I proceeded to prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
Lavé y corté los tomates en rodajas, y la lechuga la limpié muy bien.
I washed and sliced the tomatoes and cleaned the lettuce very well.
Tomé un trozo de pan y lo corté por la mitad.
I took a piece of bread and cut it in half.
Le agregué la salsa que había preparado y un poco de mostaza.
I added the sauce I had prepared and a little mustard.
Añadí un trozo de carne, tomate y lechuga.
I added a piece of meat, tomato and lettuce.
Incorporé un poco más de salsa y listo!
I added a little more sauce and that was it!
