Welcome Back to my Cooking Lab!

After dreaming about making croutons for years, I finally able to make it. Thanks to the oven that we have now. I first discovered croutons in 2017 when I had my first fancy greek salad. I fell in love with the taste and eventually I always order greek salad or any salad with croutons. Then in 2019, I decided to learn how to make it but I didn't have any oven back in my apartment. Only this year old, I finally made it.

I got a novice burnt croutons because I forgot to flip the try and not spacing them out. After layering the croutons with olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano, let it sit before baking the croutons for 20-25 minutes.
Then cool it down and add vegetables of your preference. Add grated cheese and egg for extra protein. It's so easy to make and fast.

Pair the salad with main course such as tuna or salmon grilled or stuffed calamari. Then you're in for a full course dininig experience. If you are looking for a stuff calamari recipe, check out Stuffed Calamari With Creamy Sauce that I made last night.
