My younger sister currently has moved to Hanoi for her new University life and we met each other to have lunch at Cuốn N Roll.

Today I wanna share with you my experience in Cuốn N Roll, one of the most famous restaurants which provides fresh, nutritious and delicious rolling dishes.
I used to have dinners with my friends at this restaurant.
They provide almost famous rolling dishes from Vietnam, such as: Pork skewers (Nem lụi), sliced pork rolled with rice paper (Bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo), Nha Trang grilled sausage roll (Nem nướng Nha Trang), beef rolled with green mustard and rice paper (bò cuốn rau cải)... Nice salads like Beef papaya salad, Duck salad with bamboo shoots... And Lẩu - hotpot with some typical snacks from Huế - old Vietnam capital, and fried dishes which you can find at any restaurants also.
The restaurant is quite big and at this time, people in Hanoi do not prefer to have lunch outside due to covid situation so it was not crowded when we arrived.
First thing was served is a plate with full of vegetable and herbs.
Fresh, colorful and good smell. We even don't know all name of things on that plate. Of course, always has sliced carrot, pineapple, papaya, cucumber, green mango; cress, sawleaf, balm-mint, basil, lettuce, savory, elsholtzia... And something in the Southern that we don't know.hahah
And they added special sauces into your dishes. Currently there are 2 types but you can asked your customized if you want!
Then we ordered main dishes included: beef rolled with green mustard and rice paper (bò cuốn rau cải), Duck salad with bamboo shoots, pork skewers (nem lụi), and lemon juice for 2.
Now is the time I show you how I make my own roll:
Put all vegetable and herb you like, then add pork skewers or beef or duck salad...
Rolling rolling rolling...until it be like:

Then deep it in the sauce...
You also can order the rolling dishes which already rolled nicely if concern that you can not make it.
The fresh of vegetable, combination of meat and sauce, the taste and fragrance of herbs... The mixture in your mouth will make you happy in each time you chewing.haha
We spent a happy time for lunch at Cuốn N Roll together.
And here is one of my previous dinners with friends here with full of fresh vegetable and herbs.
The price at Cuốn N Roll can be more expensive than other brands but the clean restaurant with nice staffs and fresh food here always make me thing this is deserved. About 120.000VND ~350.000VND (6$~17$) for rolling, fried or hotpot, and drinking price around 50.000VND (2.5$). 200.000VND~300.000VND (10$~15$) for person/meal.
