Prawn, Mango & Avocado Salad - Amazing Colours

This prawn salad was so fresh and colourful!
You need:
Pre-Cooked Tiger Prawns x 10 (deveined)
1 Mango
1 Avocado
Vinaigrette Dressing
Butter Lettuce (or any available)
Green Beans x 10
Carrot x 2
1 Green Pepper
1 Beetroot

Cut the mango and avocado into small pieces
Mix he prawns with the mango and avocado pieces
Add vinegrette dressing (your choice) and mix. I used olive oil, lemon, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Make a layer of the lettuce on the plate.
Grate or cut the carrots, green beans, beetroot, and green pepper.
Lay the grated vegetables on top of the lettuce.
Place the prawn, mango and avocado mix on top.
