My testy “Masala Aalu Bhuna Recipe” : Spicy Sliced Potato fry Recipe

Hi, Yesterday I was tired and want to make some tasty and spicy in quick, so I made Sliced Potato fry Recipe. Now I am sharing it with you all. Potato is common vegetable in our kitchen in India, so we can made it easily.
It's cooking process is simple and my cooking images will make it very easier. If like than please comment.

         **ITEMS NEED FOR PREPARATION**

• 2 Potatoes
• 8 to 10 Garlic cloves
• Ginger small piece
• Green Chilli 2 piece(as per your taste)
• Red Chilli powder (Half teaspoon)
• Turmeric powder (Half teaspoon)
• Salt as per your taste
• Mustard Oil or any other oil which you like for cooking (I am using mustard oil)

                       **1st Step**

• First, we make round slices of the Potato and keep it aside.
• Second, we make paste of garlic cloves, green chillies and ginger and keep it on a bowl.
• Third we took Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, and salt as per taste in bowl and add some water to make thick paste and keep it aside.

                          **2nd Step**

• Now mixed both paste in a bowl or direct apply it on potato slice to make ready to fry.
• Now your masala mixed potato slice is ready to cook.

                      **3rd Step**

• Now heat the oil in Frying pan , keep flame on mid. Add ready potato slice on hot oil and keep cover the pan to get easily cook potato slice.
• In mid turn the potato slice till it will became golden brown from both sides.

                          **4th Step**

Now your potato sliced fry is ready to sever, it can be serve with sauce or can be eat with your lunch.
