Required Ingredients...

πŸ€ A rather large carrot.
πŸ€ 1 egg.
πŸ€ Some Centella asiatica.
πŸ€ 1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
πŸ€ 1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
πŸ€ 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
πŸ€ Salt as needed.
πŸ€ 1/3 teaspoon of Mustard seed.
πŸ€ 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
πŸ€ A little chopped onion.
πŸ€ A few chopped green chillies.

Method of making....

First, grate the carrots into thin strips. Similarly, finely chop the Centella asiatica (gotu kola), green chilies, and onions.

Next, take a pan and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove and allow the oil to heat up. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Along with that, add a onion and stir. Let it cook for a short while, then add chili powder, turmeric powder, and pepper powder, and mix everything well.

Next, add the finely chopped carrots to the pan and mix everything together well.

Next, add the eggs to the mixture and stir well to combine everything thoroughly.
