Required Ingredients....

🍀 2 boiled potatoes
🍀 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
🍀 1 cup of wheat flour.
🍀 1 egg.
🍀 Salt powder as needed.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of sugar.
🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 chopped curry leaves.
🍀 two chopped green chilli pods.
🍀 Some chopped carrots.
🍀 1 tablespoons of coconut oil.

Method of making....

Take a blender and first add wheat flour and boiled potatoes to the blender cup.

Add sugar, salt, pepper, chilli, egg and coconut milk to it and blend well.

Then put the prepared mixture in a separate cup and add chopped onions, green chillies, carrots and curry leaves and mix well.

Then take a pan and put it on the stove to heat it on a low flame, add a little oil and put the mixture in it and prepare it in the form of a roti and fry both sides.
