Summer's Strange Kitchen - Lunchbox Savory Snack (Air-Fryer)

Greetings and happy Tuesday!

This sort of just happened yesterday, when I realized that there was no more bread in the freezer and the next day's lunchbox still needed to be made. Of course, it was already too late to go to the shop.

I am almost certain that I have shared a similar recipe on here before, due to these being loosely based off about a third of the stuff from an old recipe, so I am not going to go too deep into detail on this one.

Here is what I used and did:

2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Salt
Basil
BBQ Spice
4 Grated Vienna Sausages (Feel free to skip or replace with bacon or pretty much whatever you have available)
100g Grated White Cheddar Cheese
30g Grated Green bell pepper

First I grated the sausage, pepper and cheese into a bowl.

Then added the wet ingredients (oil, milk, egg) on top of that.

Mix and whisk the dry ingredients together in a small bowl, then add onto wet ingredients.

Mix until combined, do not overmix.

Bake according to whatever work for your air fryer/oven. Probably around 20-25 minutes @ 180C/350F in oven OR for 30-40 minutes @ 145C/290F in cyclone air fryer (I don't know much about the more traditional air fryer, temperatures and times may vary, anyone who knows, feel free to comment and let me know!)

Well that's it, just a quick easy snack made using stuff I had available at the time. The photos aren't too great, I was cooking dinner while baking this.

Till next time! Stay awesome and positive.
