A warm greeting to the entire community of #hive I hope you have had a great day, again I come to show you in this space a small recipe easy and quick to prepare it is a coffee pudding with Italian meringue. this recipe was very tasty with a very creamy texture and Italian meringue combined perfectly with this recipe without further ado let's start cooking.

.canela en polvo.
1 huevo.
.coffee
.sugar.
.cornstarch.
.vanilla.
.powdered milk.
.cinnamon powder.
.1 egg.
Preparación/Preparation
.primero tome en una olla puse a cocinar el café utilice taza y media de agua, suficiente café para que quedara bien puro, luego con un colador retire la borra del café, al tener el café listo le agregue la leche en polvo y batí con batidor de globo, luego endulce la mezcla y la puse a cocinar y le agregue el engrudo de maicena que ya tenia ´preparado y mezcle con una paleta hasta que espesara bien y apague y retire del fuego y deje enfriar en unos recipientes de plástico.
.first I put the coffee in a pot to cook using a cup and a half of water, enough coffee so that it would be very pure, then with a strainer I removed the coffee grounds, when the coffee was ready I added the powdered milk and beat with a balloon whisk, then I sweetened the mixture and put it to cook and added the cornstarch paste that I had already prepared and mixed with a paddle until it thickened well, turned it off and removed from the fire and let it cool in plastic containers.
then I made Italian meringue to go with the coffee pudding.
