Hello my dear friends. Here i want to share about the delicious ice cream that i had. In such a hot weather like Bali, its normal to have a gelato or ice cream craving once in a while. I am jig someone that have that kind of craving in Medan but it seems like thats what i do in Bali. Like again, the travel me is like someone that have a quite different personality than the daily me. Its okay because i would love to experience all kind of experience. I think that at least once a week i will go to Gelato or Ice cream shop and this is one of that. I had a gelato craving so i asked my friend for some recommendations. Luckily, its not far because she recommends me a shop in the seminyak area.
This is the ice cream shop. The name is Kynd ice cream shop. I have never been to this place before but i passed them few times so i know about them. I mean, how can you not notice such a bright pink shop like this. Since i am a die hard pink color fan, i am thrilled to come inside of this place. From what i see, Kynd or as it referred as Kynd community is a plant based restaurant but they have like two store. One on the left is the ice cream store and one in the right is the restaurant. Even when we come and park our vehicles (in that case for me its motorbike) the parking attendant will ask first which place we want to go to, the restaurant or the ice cream shop. Both are within the same owner but its just different purpose i guess. If you want to eat then you go to the right, if you just want to chill then you go to the left.

This is what the place looks like. Truth to be told, i love pink bug not in the shade that they have in front of the store. Its a bit too strong for my taste. Still, it makes the place always noticeable and its cute. Thankfully, the inside of it is not as pink as the outside. The inside looks so cute actually, look at this. Like in many other gelato and ice cream shop, they dont really have such a big space or sitting area but there are still some. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting area. Mind you this is what it looks like from the inside because i sit indoor since the weather is so hot and i have a lot of plans ahead in the day, i cant let myself be drenched in sweats.
This is the menu. The price that they have in this place is very standard so i dont mind about anything in here.
This is the ice cream choices that they have. They have 12 different options which is already enough for us to get something that we want or we like. Like in many other place, we can try them first before we decided on which one we want to have with us.
As it can be seen even from the picture that i attach in this post, my choice goes to chocolate ice cream, its double chocolate to be exact. I dont know whats get over me but i dont think its a good choice to have double chocolate ice cream in the middle of the day. Its just too too too much. Please do remind me to have a lighter taste of ice cream when its still in a very middle of the day. It was basically 1 p.m and the sun is not funny at all . The taste if the ice cream though, its so heavenly. The chocolate, even though its doubled, its not too sickly sweet that will make you feel dizzy. As it can be seen, i asked for a scoop of ice cream in a cup but with a plus cone. We need to pay 5000 idr more but its okay. The total of price is 35.000 idr.
