"I had made a delicious vegetable khichuri recipe".
This is khichuri. This khichuri I made with a few vegetables. Khichuri is a Bengali food. Khichuri is very dear to our Bengalis. Bengalis cook khichuri on various occasions. Khichuri is very tasty to eat. It tastes great to eat with a variety of vegetables. Khichuri can be cooked with a variety of vegetables, but I have cooked khichuri with a few vegetables today.
Methods:
First I took 2 cups of rice here. Then I washed the rice well with water and put it in another pot, that is, in the deck I will cook.
Then I took some medium size potatoes. Then I peeled the potatoes. Then I washed the potatoes well with water and cut the potatoes into pieces with a knife. Then fry the chopped potatoes in a pan with oil.
Then I cut a piece of pumpkin into a few pieces. Then I wash the cut pumpkins well with water and fry the pumpkins in a little oil in a pan.
Then I take a few onions and garlic. Then peel off. Then I cut the onions with a knife. Then fry the chopped onion and peeled garlic in a pan with a little oil.
Then I take some lentils in quantity. Then wash the lentils well with water. Then I lightly fry with lentils in the pan.
Then I take some raw chillies. Here I have taken a little more because these chillies have less salt. Then cut all the chillies evenly in the middle. Then wash well with water.
Then I put the fried potatoes, pumpkins, onion-garlic, lentils and washed chillies on top of the washed rice in the deck. Then cover it with salt, turmeric, bay leaves, cumin, pepper, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to taste. After 15 minutes, when the khichuri is good, I spread the same spice powder on the khichuri.
