Hoy me complace en presentar una receta fácil de un arroz con pollo con vegetales y maíz, me encanta la combinación de muchos vegetales que le dan un sabor con mucha sazón con cada uno de estas hortalizas y en especial del maíz.

Today I am pleased to present an easy recipe for a rice with chicken with vegetables and corn, I love the combination of many vegetables that give a flavor with a lot of seasoning with each of these vegetables and especially corn.
1 kg de pollo
1kg de arroz
1 pimentón
2 mazorcas
1 Vainitas
1 zanahoria
2 cebollas
7 ajíes dulces
Aceitunas
5 dientes de ajo
Ajo porro
Cerveza
perejil
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
1 kg chicken
1 kg of rice
1 paprika
2 ears of corn
1 vanitas
1 carrot
2 onions
7 sweet peppers
Olives
5 cloves of garlic
Garlic
Beer
Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste.
- Primero picamos todos los aliños y vegetales las aceitunas, y trituramos el ajo.
First we chop all the seasonings and vegetables, the olives, and crush the garlic. .
- Después picamos el pollo en trozos pequeños, aderezamos con la cerveza, la sal y pimienta.
Then we chop the chicken into small pieces, season with beer, salt and pepper.
- Seguidamente añadimos el aceite con el ajo triturado en un sarten, junto con el pollo hasta que se cocine, agregamos los aliños.
Then add the oil with the crushed garlic in a frying pan, together with the chicken until it is cooked, add the seasoning.
- Ahora preparamos el arroz en un bold aparte, agregamos agua sal y las zanahoririas y vainitas.
Now prepare the rice in a separate bowl, add water, salt and the carrots and beans.
- Una vez que el arroz este casi listo agregamos el guiso de pollo, mezclamos, tapamos y en 5 minutos apagar.
Once the rice is almost ready, add the chicken stew, mix, cover and turn off in 5 minutes.
Once the arroz con pollo con maíz is ready, serve it to the family for lunch, accompanied by avocados.
