Me es grato compartir esta deliciosa receta de cochino al horno con ensalada, para el almuerzo del domingo, me gusta mucho compartir en familia, es un momento de unión y de regocijo con agrado y alegría. Ésta carne es muy sabrosa, cocida al horno es muy saludable y apetitosa por lo suave que queda y gustosa porque agarra el sabor y el olor de los aliños. Es común encontrarla en los abastos y carnicerías de mi comunidad, prepararla es tan bien fácil de sazonar, con pocos aliños agarrar gusto y sabor, para meterla al horno hasta que quede bien cocida.

Lavé bien la carne y la sazone con adobo, pimienta y aliños licuados.
I washed the meat well and seasoned it with marinade, pepper and blended dressings.
Luego la metí al horno, le di vueltas hasta que estuvo bien cocida.

Después la serví con bollitos y ensalada de tomate, cebolla y pepino.
