Ingredientes
3 batatas peladas y cocidas
1 taza de hojuelas de avena y harina
Media taza de aceite
Media taza de leche
1 huevo
Azúcar una cucharada de polvo de hornear
Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 cup of oat flakes and flour
Half cup of oil
Half cup milk
1 egg
Sugar one tablespoon of baking powder
Hacemos puré las batatas
Mash the sweet potatoes
Le agregamos al puré el huevo lo mezclamos
We add the egg to the puree and mix it.
Le colocamos el aceite
We put the oil
Agregamos las hojuelas de avena la azúcar y el polvo de hornear
Add the oat flakes, sugar and baking powder.
Colocamos la leche y mezclamos
Add the milk and mix
Colocamos la mezcla en un molde enharinado, enmantequillado y al horno
Place the mixture in a floured and buttered baking pan and bake in the oven.
Lo desmoldamos nos queda así ,es una delicia nutritiva no te quedes sin hacerlo
