Feliz noche amigos. Hoy quiero compartir el paso a paso de como hice un delicioso y cremoso helado de vainilla y galletas marías. Es la primera vez que hago esta receta y me pareció muy práctica, fácil y deliciosa.
Good night friends. Today I want to share the step by step of how I made a delicious and creamy vanilla ice cream and cookies. It is the first time I have made this recipe and I found it very practical, easy and delicious.
Para hacer este helado necesitamos:
- 2 tazas de leche.
- 1/4 de taza de azúcar.
- 2 latas de crema de leche.
- galletas María.
- vainilla.
To make this ice cream we need:
- 2 cups of milk.
- 1/4 cup of sugar.
- 2 cans of heavy cream.
- Maria cookies.
- vanilla.
Lo primero que hice fue preparar las 2 tazas de leche y agregué bastante leche en polvo para intensificar el sabor a leche.
The first thing I did was make the 2 cups of milk and I added plenty of powdered milk to intensify the milk flavor.
Agregue el 1/4 de taza de azúcar y mezcle bien con la leche.
Add the 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well with the milk.
Y ahora agregue la crema de leche que nos ayudará a que nuestro helado quedé cremoso.
And now add the heavy cream that will help us make our ice cream creamy.
Agregue un poco de vainilla.
Add a little vanilla.
Y por último agregue bastantes galletas marías en trozos.
And finally add enough marías cookies into pieces.
Aquí se puede ver qué nuestro helado tenía bastantes galletas. Ya cuando agregue las galletas lleve nuestro helado a la nevera.
