Hola amigos, así es como todo domingo la existencia de dicha tradición el de almorzar en la casa de los padres, por supuesto que los padres somos, los que siempre estamos ahí, donde nos necesitan, bueno teniendo en cuenta todo eso, lo cual es por el hecho de que ya tenemos la vida, como se dice hecha, entonces que mejor que compartir con nuestra familia un asado para el almuerzo, así que comenzamos por encender el fuego, limpiar muy bien la parrilla a utilizar, dejando todo en optimas condiciones de uso.
Luego para comenzar a colocar la carne, que en este caso se trata de chinchulín, el cual una ves bien lavado por dentro y por fuera, lo condimentamos bien, para luego acomodarlo en la parrilla, junto a este le agregamos el chorizo, el cual es casero, de los siguientes gustos, de pollo, de carne de res y de cerdo, también una molleja.
Para completar todo el asado propiamente dicho, seguimos con la pata y muslo de pollo, riñón, costilla de ternera, cortada fina, pero para destacar todo esta carne lo que vemos en la parte del medio se trata, de un matambrito de cerdo, al que se le da vuelta y vuelta, bueno en lo personal me agrada así, porque sale bien cocinado y con un sabor inigualable, también hago referencia a la achura, la que coloque primero, eso es debido a que la misma, siempre tarda un poco y por supuesto al ser la mas sabrosa, tiene que salir muy bien, de tal manera que cuando damos vuelta la carne, la dejamos que se vaya cocinando lentamente, comenzamos a degustar el matambrito y las achuras, para luego seguir con la costilla.
La verdad que cuando somos padres y abuelos es otra la dimensión de lo que eso significa, porque bien sabemos que siempre como dije siempre estamos para la familia, es por eso que todo esto de compartir un almuerzo todos juntos un domingo, para mi es algo muy importante, considerando que la vida continua.
