SIMPLE RECIPE OF COOKING GINISANG TAMISLAT

Good day everyone. It's me again @chuch sharing my recipe today. This morning while having coffee I thought about what I will cook for lunch. I want to cook something that is not seen everyday on the table. As a mother, it is not easy to think of what to serve every meal time. That's why I've been thinking about what they want. So I thought of going to the market and fortunately I saw a bivalve shell tamislat and I immediately bought it because it was right for the price and everyone's favorite. And I'm sure there won't be any leftovers because we only get to eat this once because it's usually really expensive. And I'm glad I bought it cheap.

And now I will share with you my recipe of ginisang tamislat. It is delicious and very easy to cook. And I guarantee that everyone will like it because the soup is really delicious.

Okay guys, let's start preparing the ingredients. Before cooking, wash and cut the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

Bivalve tamislat
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Tomatoes
Salt
Magic delicious
Kangkong
Cooking oil

COOKING PROCEDURE

  • In a hot pot put cooking oil. First saute the ginger and saute it until it turns brown.

  • After sauteing the ginger, saute the garlic and onions, saute until golden brown.

  • And put the tomato and mix well. And cover it.

  • After a while put the tamislat and add seasonings like magic sarap and salt. Mix well and cover again and wait for the tamislat to open. There is no need to add water because it has its own broth that automatically comes out of the tamislat.

  • And when tamislat are open put the kangkong and stir. And cover for a few seconds and taste it according to your taste. And serve.
