MY VERSION OF ADOBONG STRING BEANS

IMG_20220729_172040.jpg

Hello everyone it's me @chuch here again and want to share a vegetable dish recipe. I'm so blessed this morning because I was just thinking of something to cook and I had it immediately because my neighbor gave me string beans. I have a plant of string beans but it hasn't fruited yet. So I'm happy and someone gave it to me. And exactly I have leftover fried fish and I will add it today to my adobong string beans. Honestly, pork is usually used as a topping for adobong string beans, but we don't want to eat meat today and I want it to be different and healthy.

So, what are we waiting for, come on guys, join me and we'll start cooking. And let's prepare the ingredients first.

INGREDIENTS

Fish
Long green pepper

COOKING PROCEDURE

  • In a hot pan put exact amount of cooking oil. Saute the garlic, followed by onions and saute it until it turns slightly brown.

  • And put the fish that has been torn into small pieces and the bones have been removed so that it is safe to eat. Mix it well.

  • Add the soy sauce and stir.

  • Add the string beans and add a little salt because the soy sauce is already salty. And add magic flavor and mix well and cover. There is no need to add a little water because the string beans have their own juice.

  • And put the spinach. I added spinach to it because it gives the food a fragrance and also makes it taste better. Cover again.

  • And after a while open it and taste if the taste is right and if it's crispiness is right then you can serve it. What I like about adobong string beans is that half cook because it's delicious and crunchy.
