Since we have many papayas that grow spontaneously in different parts of our surroundings. Some papaya grew in the back of the house, on the side and even in front of the dirty kitchen. As I looked at the papayas provided by nature, I felt happy because there were plenty of papayas and at the same time I was worried and thinking what if we couldn't eat it all and maybe they would just rot. So I thought about making pickled papaya and the other papaya I gave away to my friends, neighbors, relatives and whoever wanted it.

And let's proceed to make pickled papaya and I also add some vegetables from my garden.
