Walking, looking, checking at my vegetable garden and thinking what to cook for lunch. And I saw the Chinese kangkong who catch my attention because it has plenty of leaves and looking very healthy, so I thought of cooking " adobong chinese kangkong". Adobong chinese kangkong is one of the easiest dishes for our elders to cook. And kangkong is very common here because i lived in an place surrounded by rice fields where it is usually grow. My purpose of planting chinese kangkong is if ever the ricefield plowed I will have my own supply.
And now I want to share with you my little knowledge of cooking "adobong chinese kangkong" that I learned from my elders. And let's start cooking and prepare the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
Chinese kangkong
Pork meat
Garlic
Onions
Soy sauce
Salt
Magic sarap
Ajinomoto
Cooking oil
COOKING
- In a hot pot put a small amount of cooking and first fry the pork fat so that its own oil comes out spontaneously. And cook it until it turns golden brown. And reminders, I separated the pork fat from the meat.
- Add the garlic and onions. Fry it until it turns golden brown.
- after sauteing, add the pork and mix well. And cover until the meat is half cooked.
- And when the meat is half cooked, add magic sarap, ajinomoto, soysauce and a little salt. Mix well and cover again until the meat is cooked completely.
- And once the meat is cooked, put the Chinese kangkong leaves and cover again until it softens.
- After a while check it because the leaves of the Chinese kangkong soften easily and it might be overcooked and mix well, taste it according to your taste and serve.
