El café es una bebida energizante que nos acompaña tanto en buenos y malos momentos. ¿Cuántas veces no hemos reflexionado tomando una taza de café? Yo creo que muchas, así que hacer un postre con café siempre será bien recibido.
- 3 dozen biscottis
- 1 cup unsalted margarine
- 1 cup of condensed milk
- 2 level tablespoons of instant coffee
- 1/4 cup of chopped toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup milk
- slivered almonds for garnish

Place the margarine in a bowl and beat at medium speed until creamy. Lower the speed and gradually add the condensed milk. Finally, add instant coffee. Beat until all the ingredients are well blended so that the almond pieces can be added.
Coloca en un recipiente la margarina y bate a velocidad media hasta obtener una textura cremosa. Baja la velocidad y agrega poco a poco la leche condensada. Por útltimo añade el café instantáneo. Bate hasta que todos los ingredientes queden bien mezclados para poder agregar las almendras en trozos.

En los postres es recomendable tostar las almendras ya que resalta su aroma, sabor y color. Usarlas sin tostar al morderlos brinda una capa oleosa en el paladar que inhibe apreciar bien los sabores de los demás ingredientes que conforman la receta.

Busca un recipiente para colocar los biscotis remojados previamente en leche.
