| 500 gr de carne de res | 500 g of beef |
| 1 tomate | 1 tomato |
| 1 cebolla | 1 onion |
| 1/2 pimiento | 1/2 red pepper |
| 2 dientes de ajo | 2 garlic cloves |
| Sal | Salt |
| Pimienta negra | Black pepper |
| Paprika | Paprika |
Procediemientos
Procedures
1-. Cortar el tomate, la cebolla y el pimiento en tiras.
1-. Cut the tomato, onion and pepper into strips.
2-. Cortar la carne en tiras.
2-. Cut the meat into strips.
3-. Machacar dos dientes de ajo.
3-. Crush two cloves of garlic.
4-. Sofreír los dientes de ajo en un poquito de aceite.
4-. Sauté the garlic cloves in a little oil.
5-. Agregar los vegetales y mezclar muy bien.
5-. Add the vegetables and mix very well.
6-. Agregar la carne picada, sal, pimienta negra y paprika y remover muy bien.
6-. Add the minced meat, salt, black pepper and paprika and stir very well.
7-. Tapar y cocinar hasta que la carne se ablande y los vegetales estén bien cocinados.
7-. Cover and cook until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
Y así queda esta deliciosa carne que puedes acompañar con arroz y ensalada o con papas o plátanitos maduros.
