Suddenly I was craving for donuts, but potato donuts. Indeed, I can buy donuts at the bakery. However, I considered again about the donut toppings that are too sweet, and the price is more expensive. So, I decided to make homemade potato donuts.

Actually, I have wanted to make homemade donuts for a long time, but I always thought about the donut mold to make the round shape in the middle of the donut that is typical. But now, I don't bother about the shape anymore. Because I don't have a donut mold at all. Besides, taste is the most important thing, right?

Making potato donuts is simple, but the process of kneading and shaping them looks like a tiring job. However, I feel happy when my family eats my homemade donuts happily. Let's make them!

I blended 1/4 cup of sugar to make powdered sugar as a topping for these potato donuts. I didn't expect, the inside of the donuts were very soft and porous!

Although the shape of the potato donuts was strange from the outside, the taste was really delicious and heavenly! With a topping that was not too sweet, I really liked it.

But still, I only ate one of these potato donuts, and the rest I gave to my family members.

I had to keep an eye on my husband because he couldn't stop eating these donuts. I think my husband had eaten 4 pieces! Oh,,,,. So, I wrapped the potato donuts and delivered them to my other family members.
