Hola amigos de Hive, hoy les traigo una receta muy sencilla de hacer en sus casas, me gusta mucho ya que mi mama siempre me la preparaba hasta para la escuela, pero ahora me gusta prepararla yo, sin nada más que escribir comencemos.

Ingredientes // Ingredients

• 2 tazas de harina de maíz

• 1 taza de queso

• 2 ½ tazas de agua

• 1 cucharadita de sal

• 2 cups of cornmeal

• 1 cup of cheese

• 2 ½ cups of water

• 1 teaspoon salt

Preparación // Preparation

Bueno lo primero que vamos a hacer es mezclar con las manos la harina, el queso y la sal hasta que queden bien integrados luego hay que agregar poco a poco el agua hasta que se haga una masa compacta y suave.

Cuando ya tenemos la masa lista vamos a tomar un poco y haremos una bolita no muy grande la cual convertiremos en un palito de la siguiente manera.

Freímos en aceite caliente hasta que se doren.

We fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Se pueden acompañar con salsa rosada la cual se elabora muy fácil, solamente se juntan partes iguales de salsa de tomate y mayonesa se mezclan y tienes una salsa cien por ciento garantizada.

They can be accompanied with pink sauce which is made very easy, only equal parts of tomato sauce and mayonnaise are mixed together and you have a one hundred percent guaranteed sauce.
