Ablaze's Tasty Spicy Beef Spag Bol

I made the rookie mistake of not taking a photo of this before serving my wife and I this evening, but I can assure you it was pure tasty! That's a word we use a lot here in Galway. Pure this and pure that. You'll just have to take my word that it looked well and tasted better.

@Ablaze's Spicy Spag Bol

One large carrot
Cherry tomatoes
Scallions

Ok, let's get to it, get all of your ingredients out beside you and roll up your sleeves

STEP 1: Chop your ginger finely. Cut your garlic to size and ready for your garlic press. Add a lug of olive oil to a saucepan and put on at medium heat. Put your pasta spaghetti on too.

STEP 2: Get your chilli and slice it finely.

STEP 3: Add the ginger, pressed garlic and chilli to the hot pan and add our Sriracha sauce. A few nice generous squirts.

STEP 4: This should start bubbling away now, open your beef now and get it in the pan quickly before the spices start sticking to the pan.

STEP 5: Add the beef

STEP 7: continue to simmer and get your green pepper.

STEP 8: Slice the green pepper into small slides.

STEP 9: Add the peppers to the pan.

STEP 10: Next add our chopped tomatoes. I like to add a little bit of water to the tin to get all the chopped tomatoes out and add some more sauce for the end.

STEP 11: I cheated a bit with the carrot, as I was cooking broccoli and carrots as part of my son's dinners. I took some of the carrots and sliced them and added them to the pan.

STEP 12: Chip your scallions and cherry tomatoes now and add to the mix.

STEP 13: Your pasta should now be ready. Drain it, rinse with hot water. Now spoon some sauce from the pan, around 4 tablespoons and mix through the pasta, that bit is key.

STEP 14: serve your pasta in a large bowl or plate. Add your Bolognese from the pan and top with some mozzarella and cheddar and melt in on.

Bon appetite!!

You're done! Time to tuck in and enjoy the fruit of your labours!

I actually forgot to take a photo of the end product, but here it is in the pan...

The reason that I forgot is that I was busy burning my favourite jumper 😭😭😭😭

Here's hoping this post does well and gets voted by a whale or two to make up for my burnt jumper!!! I guess I should be thankful that I didn't burn my arm, but man, I loved that jumper!

I dedicate this song to my fallen jumper!

For my American friends, a jumper is a sweater or pullover in your parlance.

These photos are all my own

Thanks as always for stopping by everyone.

Peace Out
