Cracking Open Thought Patterns - Eather

Good Day everyone!

Today I thought of writing about something that came to mind recently,
you see, when in doubt ask thy heart.
When in fear as thy brain, albeit its a tricky one.

So far I have noticed that we get caught onto too many issues over our daily lives and those can and may influence our decision making, decisions can affect of course our responses and our responses can shift our destiny slightly (more like outcome but you know...).

Those decisions since they affect our lives in such a degree it simply means we cannot mess up, we cannot often afford to, of course we can make mistakes! It is a matter of context.

Now see, Shortly after we get a thought it seems like there is a [GAP] between each thought and of course we get an emotional response as well.

I figured, there is enough space for rest in-between, we can tune into that space and "reset" OR we can simply use it to get a vantage point, either way... its there.
We could even mess with our mind further (in a fun way) and see all things as made by nothing and something, space being also something of course, its like computer language (1s and 0s).
Our thinking works the same way at least in my opinion, similar to a very complex morse code signaling/messaging protocol.
Therefore, we can "hack it" to be in our favor.
Of course this is only one of many ways to "hack" the brain as such.

I played a lot with many ways, some work more some work less, depending on what we want to achieve.

In this case, why not use that space to "float" in-between, to take a breather and to re-assess the situations around us, perhaps re-arrange them.

Sometimes its okay to be biased in relation to something and that "space" helps us out with the journey of "sailing" in the direction we desire, taking a breather is important after all and healthy for our spirit/body.

Space and Pause gives enough room for more information to contribute to our decision-making, effectively making it more of an average than a bump of any extreme.

Making sure to utilize that "space" is the first step to mindful awareness and self-reflection, I Call it the "dissecting" ability of our mind/consciousness.
Thats because the moment we notice the space, we increase it and therefore that space or gap is more noticeable and what we do is we essentially "break" a pattern, you can also see it as though we "zoom-in" on that gap, either way, it works!
