Es decir manteniendo nuestro cuerpo emocional y mental en buen estado. Esto quiere decir que nuestro cuerpo álmico y nuestro cuerpo físico, están estrechamente ligados entre sí.
No es difícil de entender, que si nuestro cuerpo mental y emocional no están equilibrados, nuestro cuerpo físico no lo estará tampoco. Quiero decir, que si nos mantenemos manejando energías de baja frecuencia, como la rabia, el odio, la envidia, el resentimiento, la tristeza, depresión, etc., y no hacemos nada para ayudarnos a nosotros mismos. Entonces nuestros cuerpos emocional y mental van a ir minándose de energías oscuras o baja vibración, hasta llegar a nuestro cuerpo etérico.
Al llegar a esa etapa, falta muy poco tiempo, para que se manifieste en el cuerpo físico, en forma de enfermedad, deteriorando el cuerpo físico, hasta que ya no sea un asiento apropiado para el alma y esta tiene que dejarlo y se va. Sabes lo que significa…
