Playing with light contest ...📸

so... Mr @friendlymoose created this theme for his contest, unfortunitly i have to start with the photo for the contest , but i will tell my story anyway .
So this is my contribution for the contest :

How did we get there to make this photo ?

This afternoon he posted his contest and i said , i will see if i can find something , he said you can use archive material, but i don't like the easy way .

Then i had to bring my wife to work for a meeting , why they don't that online i don't know it would be so much easier for everyone but hey maybe we need another covid for people to understand that .

So i brought my camera with me to walk arround the area and make some photos [ will be posted later this week ]

and after i made my walk i went back to the car and noticed this big bright light in my mirror , i grabbed my phone and took an image , didn't like the results .

and i thought what els could i do for that playing with light contest ...

Plenty of light switches in the car but no way to make it visible on camera , it was still to light out side for that.

Turning the video light on on my flash unit and take a picture with the phone ...
na not really exiting

And so i grabbed my camera turned the flash off and made a picture of my side mirror

nice detail the 1st photo is made at 19:19 (07:19PM) and the last was made at 20:30 (08:30PM)

let's stick to the "Light"

In my youth there was a Dutch band "Drukwerk" that had translated this to their own version i Chose to post the original one from Creedence Clearwater Revival - The Midnight Special

The second song that came to mind that song about turning of the light by Teddy Pendergrass

and when you search for a title because you forgot his name .. you always find more like this young girl Nelly Furtado

and then there is always another song about lights ....

and a bonus .. just leave a light on by Duran Duran
