Entre las opciones de comida rápida que se pueden conseguir en la calle, una de mis preferidas es el falafel. Cuando siento hambre, y la casa está lejos, primero ubico un lugar limpio y agradable para comer, por supuesto, no me refiero a un exclusivo restaurante donde cada plato es un lujo, sino un espacio sencillo y en este caso recordé que en Crab Bay puedo conseguir lo que busco en su nivel feria.
Recuerdo que la primera ocasión que probé un falafel me gustó mucho porque es una alternativa que contrasta con opciones más populares tales como el perro caliente, la hamburguesa, el choripán, el chuletón y demás variedad de ese estilo cuyo contenido queda sepultado entre tanta salsa.
Así que en Crab Bay ordené mis falafels y me los comí con gusto, alejada del bullicio de la calle, además los pagué con mis HBD. Cada bocado fue una sensación agradable de sabores, la crema de garbanzos con especias pasada por aceite, pepinillo, cebolla, perejil, cilantro y por supuesto el envoltorio de pan árabe con su respectiva salsa. El sabor mejora al estar consciente de que estoy ante un alimento nutritivo, sano y económico, capaz de saciar el hambre cuando el tiempo apremia.
Y es que ese factor, más disponer de mis HBD para estos casos, también me llevó a inclinarme por esta opción puesto que tenía muchas diligencias que realizar y, por lo tanto, no podía perder tiempo esperando por una pizza o comida china, que serían las otras alternativas que suelo buscar. Acá fui por lo seguro, en minutos desapareció el hambre y salí con una sonrisa de gusto nuevamente a la acción.

Among the fast food options available on the street, one of my favorites is falafel. When I feel hungry, and home is far away, I first locate a clean and nice place to eat, of course, I don't mean an exclusive restaurant where every dish is a luxury, but a simple space and in this case I remembered that in Crab Bay I can get what I'm looking for in its fair level.
I remember that the first time I tried a falafel I liked it very much because it is an alternative that contrasts with more popular options such as hot dogs, hamburgers, choripan, chuletón and other similar varieties whose contents are buried in so much sauce.
So at Crab Bay I ordered my falafels and ate them with gusto, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, plus I paid for them with my HBD. Each bite was a pleasant sensation of flavors, the spiced chickpea cream passed through oil, pickle, onion, parsley, cilantro and of course the Arabic bread wrapper with its respective sauce. The taste improves when I am aware that I am in front of a nutritious, healthy and economical food, capable of satisfying hunger when time is short.
And that factor, plus having my HBD for these cases, also led me to choose this option since I had many errands to run and, therefore, I could not waste time waiting for a pizza or Chinese food, which would be the other alternatives I usually look for. Here I went for the sure thing, in minutes the hunger disappeared and I went out with a smile of pleasure again to the action.
