Desde que aquella idea de reunir a los Hivers de Sucre se hiciera realidad un 17 de agosto del año 2022, no dude ni un segundo en participar. Pero esto no quedó allí, porque esa idea fue más allá cuando ocurrió la fabulosa Expo Hive Sucre en noviembre del mismo año; evento que no solo trataba de reunir a Hivers nuevamente, ya que además de ello existía una propuesta para incorporar, no solo a usuarios que generaran valor al ecosistema #Hive, sino que ya era la hora de darle el verdadero valor a nuestra moneda. En torno a ello, #Sucre poco a poco se convertiría en el primer estado en tener comunidad y en tener un proyecto dedicado a la criptoadopcion. Así nace @hivesucre y es el 10 de marzo 2023 cuando oficialmente es lanzada como comunidad, sin embargo, antes de ello ya habían negocios convertidos en aliados comerciales #HBD.

Todo esto inició como una tarea titánica, porque como todo inicio, nada fue fácil; tuvimos que enfrentarnos a muchos no, pero eso no hizo que dejáramos de patear la calle para continuar generando confianza, y fue así como poco a poco más y más locales comerciales fueron incorporándose a esta nueva alternativa económica de intercambio de bienes y servicios pagados en HBD. De esta manera, nuestra comunidad continúa generando mucho valor al ecosistema y también hemos avanzando en las modalidades de pago, ya que inicialmente se realizaban pagos en HBD a través de las transferencias de billetera a billetera; sistema que aún se utiliza, sin embargo, ahora tenemos el pago por medio de código QR utilizando la aplicación descentralizada @keychain; un método súper rápido, sencillo y sobre todo muy seguro.

Ahora, nuestro trabajo no termina, porque el equipo se mantiene en la calle generando más confianza, incorporando más aliados y más usuarios a nuestro ecosistema; porque nosotros no solo hablamos como hacen otros; nosotros decimos, hacemos y siempre presentamos pruebas a través de imágenes, material audiovisual y estadísticas; elementos que fácilmente pueden ser verificados si entran a nuestra comunidad y observan todo el contenido que allí se plasma, tanto de la comunidad, como de todos los hermanos que hacen vida en la misma, donde día a día tenemos más y más experiencias sobre casos de uso de la moneda, como de casos personales de la vida cotidiana sucrense.

Otro elemento importante para nosotros es que la calidad prevalece sobre la cantidad; porque de que vale que muchos se llenen la boca diciendo que incorporan a #hive a 100, 200 o 300 personas, pero no vemos ninguna presentación, ningún contenido de calidad y mucho menos vemos que hayan hecho alguna compra con nuestra moneda, lo que quiere decir que esas personas no la hacen circular, al contrario escapan de sus billeteras hacia casas de cambio. Lo cierto, es que en Sucre la #criptoadopcion es una realidad y ahora con la combinación perfecta entre @hivesucre y el programa de onboarding de @ocd, estamos incorporando nuevos usuarios para que realicen sus presentaciones e inicien un verdadero camino dentro de nuestro ecosistema, proporcionando contenidos de calidad.

Around this, #Sucre would gradually become the first state to have a community and to have a project dedicated to crypto-adoption. Thus was born @hivesucre and it was on March 10, 2023 when it was officially launched as a community, however, before that there were already businesses that had become commercial allies #HBD.

All this began as a titanic task, because like any beginning, nothing was easy; we had to face many no's, but that did not make us stop kicking the street to continue building trust, and that was how little by little more and more business premises were incorporated into this new economic alternative of exchange of goods and services paid in HBD. In this way, our community continues to generate a lot of value to the ecosystem and we have also advanced in the payment methods, since initially HBD payments were made through wallet to wallet transfers; system that is still used, however, now we have the payment through QR code using the decentralized application @keychain; a super fast, simple and above all very safe method.

Now, our work does not end, because the team remains on the street generating more confidence, incorporating more allies and more users to our ecosystem; because we do not just talk like others do; we say, we do and we always present evidence through images, audiovisual material and statistics; Elements that can be easily verified if you enter our community and observe all the content that is reflected there, both from the community and from all the brothers who make life in it, where day by day we have more and more experiences on cases of use of the currency, as well as personal cases of daily life in Sucre.

Another important element for us is that quality prevails over quantity; because it is worthless that many people fill their mouths saying that they incorporate 100, 200 or 300 people to #hive, but we do not see any presentation, no quality content and much less we see that they have made any purchase with our currency, which means that these people do not circulate it, on the contrary they escape from their wallets to exchange houses. The truth is that in Sucre the #criptoadopcion is a reality and now with the perfect combination between @hivesucre and the onboarding program of @ocd, we are incorporating new users to make their presentations and start a real path within our ecosystem, providing quality content.

Para @hivesucre no existe día, ni tiempo de descanso porque estamos disponibles en cualquier momento, ya sea en la calle realizando captaciones, entregando mercadería, asesorando o incorporando nuevos usuarios. Pero sino es en la calle, también en nuestras casas estamos bien activos y en este caso, como dije antes gracias al sistema de onboarding de OCD, le damos entrada a nuevos usuarios los cuales están siendo asesorados de manera directa o a distancia; claro está, bajo la premisa de calidad antes de cantidad. En tal sentido, particularmente días atrás asesoré de forma presencial a 2 personas y a distancia 6 personas. Muchas veces puede ser complicado explicar presencialmente, imagínense entonces hacerlo a distancia; sin embargo, esto para nuestro equipo son retos que aceptamos porque estamos seguros que los vamos a superar.

Al momento que se hace la entrega de las llaves a sus dueños, se le indica que las mismas deben ser resguardadas fuera de línea, nada de que queden almacenadas en correo, en Google, en la nube o en cualquier espacio donde puedan ser tomadas por personas indeseables. Se les da una clase sobre el ecosistema y de las opciones que tienen dentro de él, por si acaso algún usuario tiene algún interés a parte de la creación de contenido; lógicamente, los que ingresan están interesados en crear contenido por lo que procedemos a sumergirlos en este mundo.

Igualmente se les dice que la seguridad depende también del usuario y si no existe respaldo alguno de esas llaves, su cuenta corre peligro de perderse. Por otra parte se les recomienda que instalen la aplicación @keychain, donde pueden almacenar sus claves de forma segura, además de que en esta dapp pueden visualizar su billetera y realizar sus pagos rápidamente con total seguridad, lógicamente con ella hacemos los pagos por el método QR, aspecto que explicaremos más adelante.

When the keys are handed over to their owners, they are told that they must be kept offline, not stored in the mail, in Google, in the cloud or in any space where they can be taken by undesirable people. They are given a lesson about the ecosystem and the options they have within it, in case any user has any interest other than content creation; logically, those who enter are interested in creating content so we proceed to immerse them in this world.

They are also told that security also depends on the user and if there is no backup of these keys, their account is in danger of being lost. On the other hand they are recommended to install the @keychain application, where they can store their keys safely, in addition to this dapp can view your wallet and make payments quickly with total security, logically with it we make payments by the QR method, an aspect that we will explain later.

Una vez realizado este procedimiento, se les proporcionan guías relacionadas al maquetado y las respectivas orientaciones para realizar sus contenidos de presentación, que es lo primero que deben publicar de una manera correcta y con mucha calidad; cosa que se ha visto en las presentaciones ya publicados. De igual manera, se les indica como acceder a la aplicación peakd y se les explica un poco sobre su estructura y la forma para crear contenidos, todo esto sin dejar de lado que siempre deben estar atentos a las reglas comunitarias, las cuales son diferentes en cada una de ellas. Es muy emocionante ver cuando estamos explicando y los nuevos usuarios están atentos haciendo todas las preguntas posibles, lo que denota el interés que tienen cada uno de ellos.

Con las personas que trato a distancia es el mismo procedimiento y aunque ellos deben leer e internalizar todas las indicaciones con más detalle, aquí estamos siempre prestos para atender cualquier duda el día que sea y a la hora que sea. Lo importante es que estas 6 personas han logrado publicar sus contenidos de presentación, los cuales debo decir que son muy buenos, de buena calidad y los felicito a todos por el gran trabajo que han realizado, porque su esfuerzo y dedicación ha sido bien recibido y el apoyo mostrado por @hivesucre, @acidyo y @ocd ha sido grandioso, gracias a todos los que han apoyado a estos nuevos usuarios, en especial a las personas que están cerca de ellos cuando nosotros estamos distantes, @maleidamarcano, @neilamarcano, @antoniarhuiz; nuevamente felicidades @raymaryslgg, @nikosakkal21, @anicsaldivia1, @nathaly23, @cjmorillo y @jcmorillo1.

Ahora, esto no ha quedado allí, porque alguno de estos nuevos usuarios, además de la presentación, han continuado de forma constante publicando y ya han recibido sus incentivos, por lo también se les ha explicado como funcionan sus billeteras y la forma de realizar sus pagos; por ello, están disfrutado del proyecto de criptoadopcion y pudieron realizar sus primeras compras en #hbd. Estamos seguros que los otros hermanos también podrán tener la oportunidad de disfrutar de los beneficios de la criptoadopcion y lógicamente plasmar sus experiencias dentro de la comunidad. A todos ellos les deseo un camino exitoso porque han iniciado con buen pie, así que continúen mostrando constancia, dedicación y mucha energía dentro del ecosistema.

The important thing is that these 6 people have managed to publish their presentation contents, which I must say are very good, of good quality and I congratulate them all for the great work they have done, because their effort and dedication has been well received and the support shown by @hivesucre, @acidyo and @ocd has been great, thanks to all who have supported these new users, especially the people who are close to them when we are distant, @maleidamarcano, @neilamarcano, @antoniarhuiz; again congratulations @raymaryslgg, @nikosakkal21, @anicsaldivia1, @nathaly23, @cjmorillo and @jcmorillo1.

Now, this has not stopped there, because some of these new users, in addition to the presentation, have continued steadily posting and have already received their incentives, so they have also been explained how their wallets work and how to make their payments; therefore, they are enjoying the cryptoadopcion project and were able to make their first purchases in #hbd. We are sure that the other siblings will also have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of cryptoadopcion and logically shape their experiences within the community. To all of them I wish them a successful path because they have started off on the right foot, so continue to show perseverance, dedication and lots of energy within the ecosystem.

Como dije antes, nuestro trabajo no se detiene y jamás dejamos olvidados a nuestros aliados comerciales, en tal sentido, estando por la calle #hbd, me dirigí al local llamado Sensi (@invcumananorte) para incorporarlos al nuevo método de pago QR. Para ello, no quise realizar una simple demostración y prueba, sino que realicé un consumo de cafés para después de disfrutarlos, proceder a la asesoría como tal. Así fue, viví mi momento de paz en este local que por cierto es muy bonito, fresco y la atención es única. Ahora, luego de disfrutar mi café, hablé con la encargada para iniciar la explicación y ella me comentó que como tienen un teléfono corporativo, el procedimiento se hiciera allí y le explicara al muchacho que estaba en la caja.

El encargado de recibir la inducción se acercó a la mesa y de inmediato le proporcioné el link web. Antes de iniciar la asesoría como tal, le indiqué al muchacho la forma de colocar el enlace como un acceso directo en su escritorio, para que al momento de que un hiver fuera a realizar el pago, pudiera acceder al nuevo método de una manera rápida. Una vez instalado el acceso directo, inicié el pago de mi cuenta que fueron 6.23$ o 6.23 hbd, ni más ni menos en una relación 1 a 1; simplemente el encargado presionó el acceso y de inmediato apareció la pantalla donde deben ingresar los datos del pago. El encargado del local ingresa el usuario del negocio, el monto que debo pagar, 6.23 hbd y el tipo de moneda a pagar, lógicamente HBD. Finalmente presiona el botón generar y de inmediato se muestra el código QR único para esa transacción.

El hiver o cliente solo ingresa a su aplicación @keychain, presiona el botón del lector QR, ubica su dispositivo sobre el código y más rápido que la luz aparece la pantalla de confirmación, el hiver confirma y listo; solo queda que el encargado revise su billetera y en segundos, sin comisiones y con total seguridad aparece registrada la transacción. De esta manera, ya SENSI @invcumananorte está incorporada al nuevo sistema de pago QR a través de @keychain. Gracias a @stoodkev y toda la gente de keychain por hacernos cada día la vida más fácil.
