Interesting to see Haagse Markt in Den Haag Netherlands

On our short trip this year we had the opportunity to visit this market, yes there is a lot of junk, junk and what nobody really needs. On the other hand, it is also interesting for typical market offers and for strolling or trading. No tourist will take good-sized devices with them, but it is simply part of this market, so the locals explained to us, and having a look and talking to one or the other dealer is also interesting. The apatite is also taken care of, so nobody has to leave the market earlier because of hunger

We were at the market and had not let ourselves be dissuaded by negative reports, because we were very surprised that such a variety of vegetables-fruit-fish (unfortunately also live) is on offer.

The market a little further away is also called "Little Istanbul" - as we later discovered. There are a lot of stalls - supposedly more than 500, but you always see the same thing. In the beginning there were lots of fruit and vegetable stalls, then cheap clothes, small electrical items, such as cell phone cables etc. from China to cooking pots etc. Whoever lives there can find cheap and varied fresh fruits and vegetables .

We liked the market very much, there is almost everything, fresh fish in abundance, fruit and vegetables, fabrics that are also very cheap and beautiful flowers. Of course there are also things that you don't really need, but these things are also part of a market. In between you can have a café drink and some delicious food.
