Hello, my lovely friends. It's been raining a lot lately. There's nothing better than sipping on hot soup, which is Tom Yum, a hot and refreshing Tom Yum soup made from herbs in my backyard. Today, we're going to make a special pork Tom Yum soup recipe that's packed with organic herbs. I guarantee that it's delicious and will please your palate.

Ingredients

300 grams of pork
2 galangal
2 stalks of lemongrass
1 cup of oyster mushrooms
5-6 kaffir lime leaves
5-10 fresh chili peppers, adjust to taste
2-3 limes
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
4-5 coriander leaves
1 tablespoon of roasted chili paste
1 shallot
2 Knorr Tom Yum cubes

Start by cutting the pork into bite-sized pieces, then wash with clean water and set aside on a sieve. Wash the onion and cut it into pieces. Peel the garlic and crush it. Wash the coriander and cut it into pieces. Lemongrass, wash with clean water and cut it into pieces. When everything is ready, let's go.

How to make

Start by boiling water in a pot, add galangal, lemongrass, and garlic and boil until the water boils. Then add the pork.

Wait until the pork is tender, then add the oyster mushrooms. Season with fish sauce, sugar, chili paste, Knorr cube, add lime juice, mix well, wait until boiling again, taste and adjust the taste as you like, add the kaffir lime leaves and coriander.

This menu is now complete. Scoop into a bowl and sprinkle with torn kaffir lime leaves. It's ready to serve.
