Brady is the domino this off season because even for teams without qb concerns, where Brady lands will have an impact on their offers to non qb positions... most teams have more than 1 personnel concern to address this summer... so if the non qb you’re trying to sign is linked to a team that’s trying to land Brady, how much that team wants to pay the non qb would be based on what anyone else is willing to pay... why not wait a bit for everything to play out? Or teams would be aggressive in pushing deals before Brady signs to lock in value.
