Franchising Dak would be smart. He's a good QB, but I don't think he will ever be elite. You have to be a superstar to warrant a max contract. Carr, Stafford, Cousins, Goff shouldn't have got it either. The only young QBs I'd be comfortable giving it to is Mahomes, Jackson, and Watson. That's it...see how he does year 1 with McCarthy and then circle back next season
