Venezuelan security powers utilized teargas on Tuesday to stop nonconformists drove by restriction pioneer Juan Guaido from walking on the national council, which expert government administrators held onto control of in January.  

The walk, went to by a few thousand resistance demonstrators, progressed just a couple of squares towards the congress in downtown Caracas before a phalanx of uproar police blockaded the streeta and started terminating teargas to scatter the group.
