Greetings friends of Hive, I hope you are well, today the Fine Arts Museum is happy to announce the creation of the Fine Arts community.
Saludos amigos de Hive, esperamos que se encuentren muy bien, hoy el Museo de Bellas se alegra en anunciar la creación de la comunidad de Bellas Artes.
More than 2 months ago the community of @guarenasflow together with the @rutablockchain project started the Hive classes at the Museum of Fine Arts where each participant has presented their artistic professionalism and their desire to learn about web 3 technology. In these classes we were able to create their accounts and make their first publication.
Hace más de 2 meses la comunidad de @guarenasflow junto al proyecto de @rutablockchain comenzaron a realizar las clases de Hive en el Museo de Bellas Artes donde cada participante ha presentado su profesionalismo artístico y su deseo por conocer sobre la tecnología web 3. En estas clases pudimos crearles las cuentas y realizar su primera publicación.
As the days went by, new people arrived, invited by Hive's teachers and companions, each one from different places and different artistic practices; this meant that the first phase was extended a little more, thus solidifying knowledge.
A media que pasaron los días fueron llegando personas nuevas, invitadas por los mismos maestros y compañeros de Hive, cada uno de distintos lugares y diferentes prácticas artísticas; esto generó que la primera fase se extendiera un poco más, logrando con eso solidificar un conocimiento.
The human relationship that is being generated in the classroom, strengthens the objective of this group meeting, the interaction between the people of the community and the technological artistic feedback brings undefined proposals in which we want to experiment.
La relación humana que se está generando en el salón de clases, fortalece el objetivo de este encuentro grupal, la interacción entre las personas de la comunidad y la retroalimentación artística tecnológica, trae propuestas indefinidas en las que se desea experimentar.
Levels of understanding of the Hive blockchain vary, some teachers already know their way around the community by the time they publish a post, others are still getting to grips with the ecosystem, being assisted by hivers, @crily.love, @moisesjohan, @psyckshock, @mundomanaure, @danielvehe.
Los niveles de entendimiento sobre la Blockchain de Hive varían, algunos profesores ya saben moverse por la comunidad al momento de publicar un post, otros todavía están comprendiendo el ecosistema, siendo asistidos por los hivers, @crily.love, @moisesjohan, @psyckshock, @mundomanaure, @danielvehe.
What if Hive's international artists wanted to engage with the Fine Arts community, how can these museum teachers bring Hive's communities and projects to life, what contribution does the museum community bring to Hive?
¿Qué pasaría si los artistas internacionales de Hive quisieran vincular con la comunidad de Bellas Artes?, ¿De qué forma estos maestros del museo pueden hacer vida en las comunidades y los proyectos de Hive?, ¿Qué aporte le da la comunidad del museo a Hive?
We are answering all these questions, so far the colleagues are getting involved with the issues of the communities, making themselves known, answering their questions through contact with other hivers, projects or communities.
Todas estas preguntas nos las estamos respondiendo, hasta el momento los compañeros están vinculándose con los temas de las comunidades, dándose a conocer, responden sus dudas a través del contacto con otros hivers, proyectos o comunidades.
The issue of healing is also an unknown for teachers, how to know what content is valued or not, as always there are many rules that are explained to them as they go through this practice, taking into account that in each community different regulations apply. @mundomanare I always tell them that as they link with the communities they will be able to have better results.
El tema de la curación también es una incógnita para los maestros, ¿Cómo saber qué contenido es valorado o no?, como siempre hay muchas reglas que se le explican a medida que van pasando por dicha práctica, tomando en cuenta que en cada comunidad se aplican reglamentos diferentes, @mundomanare siempre les comentó que a medida que se vinculen con las comunidades podrán tener mejores resultados.
One of the lessons that is transmitted to the students of the Fine Arts classes is to understand that in Hive, the link with other communities is like in real life, you have to know how to relate through constant visits, interesting topics to share in each community and comment on publications with different hivers, this will eventually generate more recognition in this society to the point of generating friendships.
Uno de los aprendizajes que se nos transmite a los estudiantes de las clases de Bellas Artes, es comprender que en Hive, el vínculo con las otras comunidades es como en la vida real, hay que saber relacionarse por medio de visitas constantes, temas interesantes para compartir en cada comunidad y comentar con diferentes hivers las publicaciones, esto con el tiempo te va a generar más reconocimiento en esta sociedad hasta llegar al punto de generar amistades.
As in all group activities, we are aware that there will be people who will attend as time permits, bearing in mind that they are artists and already have some of their time organised; we may also encounter the possibility of other teachers not wishing to link directly into Hive, but agreeing to be shown by the museum through the main account, in which case we would understand and simply take those cases into account.
Como en todas las actividades grupales, estamos conscientes de que habrá personas que asistirán a medida que el tiempo se los permita, tomando en cuenta que son artistas y ya tienen parte de su tiempo organizado; también podemos encontrar la posibilidad de que otros maestros no deseen vincularse directamente en Hive, pero aceptan que el museo los muestre a través de la cuenta principal, en este caso comprenderíamos y simplemente se tomaría en cuenta esos casos.
With the teachers who have managed to understand Hive, they have considered the possibility of creating one for the artists of the area, which would be called ‘Bellas Artes’, the same as the area where they live, thus creating a place where they can feel at home when showing a creation or creative process. This community will also help the curators to know where to find the artists in order to support them.
Con los maestros de la clases del museo que han logrado entender Hive, se han planteado la posibilidad de crear la comunidad de “Bellas Artes” (una comunidad dentro Hive propia), igual a la zona donde ellos habitan día a día, logrando con esto poder generar un lugar donde ellos se puedan sentir como en casa, al momento de mostrar una creación o proceso de creación. Dicha comunidad también funcionará para que los curadores sepan donde ubicar a los artistas para apoyarlos.
It is also considered the possibility that other artists who belong to Hive can publish, as long as they respect the rules proposed by the teachers.
También se considera la posibilidad de que otros artistas que asistan a las clases de Hive puedan publicar, siempre y cuando asistan a las clases.
According to the meetings we have held so far, the rules proposed by the representatives of this community are as follows:
Only users previously verified by the community leaders are allowed to publish.
Research from other sources or other artists is accepted, as long as the source or author is cited.
Original and unpublished publications that explore individual development in sociological, anthropological, psychological, geographical, and historical contexts linked to the arts are accepted.

Según las reuniones que hemos desarrollado hasta el momento, las reglas propuestas son por los representantes de esta comunidad son:
- Solo se permite publicar a usuarios verificados previamente por los líderes de la comunidad.
- Se acepta las investigaciones realizadas desde otras fuentes u otros artistas, siempre y cuando se cite la fuente o su autor.
- Se aceptan publicaciones originales e inéditas que exploren el desarrollo individual en contextos sociológicos, antropológicos, psicológicos, geográficos, e históricos, vinculados con las artes.

The Museum of Fine Arts is a historical space, where the highest thoughts of humanity are presented through its arts, which are shared with the society that attends, whether it is to study, appreciate or be entertained.
El Museo de Bellas artes es un espacio histórico, donde los pensamientos más elevados de la humanidad se presentan por medio de sus artes, las cuales se comparten con la sociedad que asiste, pasa estudiar, apreciar o entretenerse.
Now if we talk about the museum in Hive, its objectives would have to be adapted to the windows and possibilities offered by Web 3 technology. In view of this, its first action would be to link established artists to this technology, subsequently it will seek to recreate a kind of artistic exhibitions that are linked to human existence and its contact with Web 3, we hope to generate human testimonies that express this process that humanity is living through its arts.
Ahora si hablamos del muso en Hive, sus objetivos tendrían que adaptarse a las ventanas y posibilidades que ofrece la tecnología Web 3. Ante esto su primera acción sería vincular a los artistas consagrados a esta tecnología, posteriormente se buscará de recrear una especia de muestras artísticas que se vinculen a la existencia humana y su contacto con la Web 3, esperamos generar testimonios humanos que nos expresen este proceso que está viviendo la humanidad a través de sus artes.
