Today, on this beautiful afternoon, I prepared a special dessert for my entire family, which made our happy moments even sweeter. Now the atmosphere of the holy Eid-ul-Azha is going on and today is the second day of Eid. During this joyful time of Eid, it is fun to enjoy something special with the whole family.
Usually, during the days of Eid, our house organizes more heavy and spicy food. So, in the days after Eid, everyone has a different attraction towards cold and delicious sweet dishes. Thinking of this, this afternoon I went to the kitchen to prepare everyone's favorite Falooda.
Falooda is a food that everyone, young and old, likes very much. It is as attractive to look at as it is to taste. The main attraction of making Falooda is its different ingredients and colorful jelly. I first prepared red and green jelly, which greatly enhances the beauty of Falooda. Then, I boiled the liquid milk until it was quite thick and made a wonderful creamy and thick mixture. For Falooda, noodles or sabudana are boiled and mixed with this thick milk. Finally, I serve it with the wonderful mixture of cold milk in a bowl and decorate it with colorful jelly pieces. The whole dessert looked very beautiful because of the red and green jelly.
When I brought this cold and delicious Falooda in front of everyone for afternoon snack, the smiles on everyone's faces made all my hard work worthwhile. Such a cold and nutritious dessert in this hot season refreshes everyone in an instant. Every member of my family enjoyed this Falooda with great satisfaction. Especially the children were very happy to see the colorful jelly. It is really a great feeling to eat such a wonderful food while sitting together and talking on this Eid holiday. These small moments in the midst of busy life make our family bond stronger. I hope all of you are also having such wonderful and joyful Eid days.
