I hear you, @quochuy. The main thing is to elevate the level of engagement with people. It's true here on HIVE as it is on the outside. We have already seen this play out in other social media, so I guess hard work and, to use another word, networking and self-marketing might elevate the post rewards, even for new users. Put simply: there is no free lunch.
