In short, Kansas Attorney General, Kris Kobach, has sued Pfizer alleging false statements were made about the benefits of the vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about it’s safety risks, waning effectiveness over time and across variants, and inability to prevent transmission.

Detractors will point to the fact that Kobach is a Republican in order to undermine the legitimacy of the lawsuit and cast it in a political vein. Rather than one by which the court seeks to discover the truth by close and careful attention to the evidence.

Detractors will also refer to this as being “dredged up”. This is not unfamiliar in US law, by which a case is presented and dismissed by judges but have guidance given as to how to resubmit.

If this case is successful ramifications could be huge. Already four other states are looking to join in, among them Idaho and Texas. A successful suit running in the high millions is sure to be emulated elsewhere in the US.

Pfizer Misled the Public

Pfizer stands accused of acting to mislead the public in the State of Kansas in a 179 page document. Here are some highlights.

  • Pfizer stated the vaccine was safe even though it knew its Covid19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events. This includes having knowledge of myocarditis, pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.

  • Pfizer said its vaccine was effective even though it knew it waned over time, and did not protect against the variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.

  • Pfizer said its vaccine would prevent transmission even though it knew it had never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission.

  • To keep the public from learning the truth Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about the Covid19 vaccine.

  • Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a “safe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from sales in just two years. Whilst they took advantage of people’s fear and concerns over Covid19.

  • Pfizer used confidentiality agreements to conceal critical data relating to the safety and effectiveness of its Covid19 vaccine. They kept this hidden through contracts around the world.

  • Pfizer used an extended study time line to conceal critical data. In control of the data Pfizer then refused other/independent scientists access to review the data.

  • Pfizer destroyed the vaccine control group, thus concealing critical data relating to the safety and effectiveness of their vaccine. This occurred after the trial was unblinded in December 2020 and the vaccine offered to the placebo group, the vast majority took the vaccine.

  • Pfizer conspired with government departments to conceal information from the public.

  • Pfizer’s actions relating to its vaccine violated previous consent judgments, in other words there is precedent for this situation. “Pfizer shall not make any written or oral claim that is false, misleading or deceptive regarding any FDA-approved Pfizer product.”

The technical analyst Karen Kingston has long stated that Pfizer’s downfall was to be found in it’s contract with the US government under Operation Warp Speed.

Within the contract Pfizer was to deliver a safe and effective vaccine in compliance with existing regulations. The contract stipulated that Pfizer remain in control of the data. This was not the case with J&J for instance. where the government took full control (and liability). Pfizer keeping control of the data (and then concealing vital information from the public) is the key to why Kansas has been given leave to sue Pfizer.

Not only didn’t Pfizer provide informed consent, they deliberately concealed evidence to the contrary. The law suit amounts to an accusation that Pfizer knowingly harmed people. Specifically children, young people, and pregnant women.

Pfizer will, of course, deny all charges and seek to have the case thrown out.

This is such a political hot potato can we be sure of a fair hearing?

Everyone knows the judicial system is served by political elections therefore making it political. Will the case win on fair merit or because a republican with far right leanings liked the evidence presented to them? Will Pfizer bribe the judiciary? They have a lot to lose financially. I heard from Kingston that Kansas are looking for $20,000 per count of deception. An amount replicated across multiple states will eat into those billions made by the sale of that safe and effective vaccine.

Shall we have some faith and trust in the ability and reputation of the judges to look at all the evidence in a fair and impartial manner. This is after all what they are trained for. Either way I will want to know the outcome and read the judges decision. I think we all deserve to know.
