Hola! Mis amigos de #hive. El día de ayer me ocurrió un accidente inesperado como a las 2:45 pm en mi propia residencia, cosas que pasan de pronto. Gracias a Dios no pasó a mayores, fue demasiado doloroso, grité, lloré mucho,porque me caí en el baño.
Todo el golpe lo recibí en mi cadera, sobre todo del lado izquierdo; fue algo totalmente doloroso, tengo morado en todo el costado del lado derecho de mi cuerpo, aunque no me duele, me hice un pequeño chichón en mi cabeza.
El día de ayer me puse a lavar ropa desde las 9:00 am para terminar temprano pues tenia que salir, como vivo en una habitación grande tipo ambiente, resulta que el agua de la lavadora la envió por el baño. Lo cuál se pone resbaloso por el detergente.
Siempre que alguno de nosotros vamos a utilizar la ducha primero pasamos la escoba, pero esta vez no lo hice, y segundo había quitado la alfombra para lavarla y como estaba centrifugando no le di importancia, además estaba apurada por la hora.

The whole blow was on my hip, especially on the left side; it was something totally brutal, I have a bruise all over the right side of my body, although it doesn't hurt, I got a small bump on my head.
Yesterday I started washing clothes from 9:00 am to finish early because I had to go out, as I live in a large room type environment, it turns out that the water from the washing machine sent it through the bathroom. Which gets slippery because of the detergent.
Whenever any of us go to use the shower we always pass the broom first, first this time I didn't do it, and second I had removed the carpet to wash it and as it was spinning I didn't give it importance, besides I was in a hurry because of the time.

Resulta que me propuse salir del baño y me resbalé y en mi desesperación en lapso de un segundo buscaba de donde agarrarme y de pronto el golpe en mi cadera y cabeza, fue algo desesperante. Traté de proteger mi cabeza.
Más aún no había nadie en casa, para auxiliarme, estaba totalmente sola, me demoré para pararme, pues no podía hacerlo, al reaccionar de que nadie me iba ayudar tuve que proceder a moverme, por otro lado el dolor fuerte, no podía pedir auxilio, no tenía mi celular cerca, como pude poco a poco me moví para levantarme.
Fue así con mucho esfuerzo me levanté, me enjuague nuevamente y traté de salir con sumo cuidado del baño, medio me vestí como pude y llamé a mi vecina @rosmeris21 saqué fuerza para abrirle la puerta y ella me revisó exhaustivamente.
Después de un rato le dejé una nota de voz a Eli @elizabeths14, para que supiera que no podia salir así y a @sarybeth, que se encontraba en su trabajo y como a la hora llamé a mi esposo pues él estaba trabajando a una hora en otra Ciudad.
It turns out that I was trying to get out of the bathroom and I slipped and in my desperation in a split second I was looking for something to hold on to and suddenly the blow to my hip and head, it was desperate. I tried to protect my head.
Moreover, there was no one at home to help me, I was all alone, I took a long time to stand up, because I could not do it, when I realized that no one was going to help me I had to proceed to move, on the other hand the strong pain, I could not ask for help, I did not have my cell phone nearby, as I could slowly I moved to get up.
With a lot of effort I got up, rinsed again and tried to get out of the bathroom very carefully, half dressed as I could and called my neighbor @rosmeris21 I took the strength to open the door and she checked me thoroughly.
After a while I left a voice note for Eli, to let him know I couldn't go out like that, and for Sarah, who was at work, and about an hour later I called my husband as he was working in another city.

A todo esto Rosmeris me vió, luego todos la llamaban para que me viera y ya ella estaba conmigo brindándome los primeros auxilios poniéndome mentol y voltaren en crema, después bajó a comprarme unas pastillas para el dolor y antiinflamatorios.
Eli @elizabeths14 estaba muy preocupada por si tenía algún hueso fracturado porque en los adultos no pega rápido.
Y llamó un amigo taxista para que fuera al centro de salud más cercano.
Pensaba en el dolor para moverme y sobre todo para bajar tres pisos. Luego después que ya estaba calmada llegó mi Rakelita @rakel1406 a cuidarme y después en la noche llegó mi esposo y con él nos fuimos al hospital general, me recetaron unas medicinas para el dolor y me mandaron hacer una placa.
Rosmeris saw me, then everyone called her to see me and she was already with me giving me first aid with menthol and voltaren cream, then she went down to buy me some pills for the pain and to reduce inflammation.
Eli was very worried that she had a broken bone because in adults it doesn't hit fast. And she called an taxi to go to the nearest health center.
But the pain to move and especially to go down three floors. Then after I was calmed down my Rakelita @rakel1406 arrived to take care of me and later at night my husband arrived and with him we went to the general hospital to get a prescription for the pain and they sent me for an x-ray.
Cuando llegué al hospital, el dolor ya no era tan intenso como al principio, también me había tomado dos pastillas naturales que son para los dolores que vengo tomando días atrás. Pero para que te atiendan uno debe hasta fingir y mi amigo taxista entró por emergencia y pidió una silla de rueda.
Me atendieron muy bien, la doctora me chequeó, me pusieron una inyección y me mandaron hacer la placa de rayos X digital, me recetaron varios medicamentos y luego me enviaron a casa. Lo único que fue un poco fuerte bajar y subir las escaleras.
Gracias a Dios no hubo huesos fracturados, solo eran un poco los músculos contraídos por el golpe. Además estaba un poco preocupada por que hace ocho (8) años atrás había tenido una caída en la cual me hice una pequeña fisura en el coxi.

I was taken care of very well, the doctor checked me, gave me an injection and sent me for a digital x-ray, prescribed several medications and then sent me home. The only thing was that it was a little hard going down and up the stairs.
Thank God there were no broken bones, only a few muscles contracted by the blow. I was also a little worried because eight (8) years ago I had a fall in which I had a small crack in the coccyx.
De todo esto agradezco a Dios primeramente, a mis hijas, mi esposo, a mi vecina. El tener buenos vínculos con nuestros vecinos nos ayuda de mucho en la vida, sobretodo para esta situaciones donde nos encontramos solos y pasamos por este tipo de accidentes, donde los primeros que puedan auxiliar son las personas que viven a nuestro al rededor.
En mi caso, mis hijas se encontraban lejos y en sus trabajos, mi esposo estaba trabajando en otra ciudad y la única a mi lado era mi vecina, por esta razón siempre debemos tener buenos vínculos no solo con los vecinos sino también con nuestros familiares.
Mis hijas estuvieron al pendiente de mí y hoy día me han consentido y atendido. Hasta Eli ha estado muy al pendiente a pesar de que está un poco lejos, pues por teléfono se ha mantenido atenta a todo.
Muchas gracias por pasar leyendo este Catarsis de mi vida, hoy el dolor es menor, ayer se me disparó mi sistema nervioso a millón, pero después de la buena nueva del doctor me calmé y dormí toda la noche. Nos vemos en una próxima.
For all of this I thank God first of all, my daughters, my husband, my neighbor. Having good ties with our neighbors helps us a lot in life, especially in these situations where we are alone and we go through this type of accident, where the first ones who can help are the people who live around us.
