Hola mis buenos amigos de HIVE, en especial a la gran comunidad de Aliento. Espero la estén pasando de lo mejor. Por suerte he logrado recuperar unas fotografías del pasado 31 de diciembre. Tuve inconvenientes con mi celular perdiendo información importante pero gracias a Dios pude recuperar parte de ella.
Estaba un poco afligido porque el pasado 31 de diciembre fue un día muy especial, el cuál compartí con parte de familia y quería aprovechar la oportunidad para que la conozcan. Sin embargo un percance frustró mis intenciones, afortunadamente ya tengo todo preparado para compartir lo que fue ese maravilloso día.
Hello my good friends of HIVE, especially to the great community of Aliento. I hope you are having a great time. Luckily I have managed to recover some pictures from last December 31. I had problems with my cell phone losing important information but thank God I was able to recover part of it.
I was a little upset because last December 31 was a very special day, which I shared with part of my family and I wanted to take the opportunity to let them know. However a mishap frustrated my intentions, fortunately I have everything ready to share what was that wonderful day.
El pasado 31 de diciembre fue un día espléndido, con un clima fresco, eso me gustó. Desde tempranas horas de la mañana nos centramos en preparar la comida típica del venezolano en estas fechas; las muy conocidas hallacas. No les voy a mentir, no teníamos experiencia en este tipo de preparaciones pero estábamos dispuestos a intentarlo.
Preparamos hallacas y ensalada de pollo, pensaba iba a ser algo más rápido pero estaba equivocado, nos llevó casi toda la mañana, no obstante, quedamos satisfechos con el resultado. En las imágenes se muestra parte del proceso de preparación siendo este realmente interesante y divertido.
Last December 31 was a splendid day, with a cool weather, I liked that. From early in the morning we focused on preparing the typical Venezuelan food on these dates; the well known hallacas. I'm not going to lie, we had no experience in this type of preparation but we were willing to try.
We prepared hallacas and chicken salad, I thought it was going to be something faster but I was wrong, it took us almost the whole morning, however, we were satisfied with the result. The pictures show part of the preparation process being really interesting and fun.
Ya en la noche recibimos una visita sorpresa, se trataba de la hermana de mi novia, nos sentimos muy complacidos con su llegada.
Me agrada tener la oportunidad de documentar estos momentos, hacer que perduren y poder revivirlos cada cierto tiempo; son esas cosas que alimentan alma. No hay nada mejor que poder mirar hacía atrás y ver cómo muchas cosas han valido la pena pese a las adversidades.
Espero haya sido de su agrado este pequeño recuento y los invito a compartir sus experiencias en esta comunidad que honestamente me parece genial. Saludos y un abrazo enorme. Les deseo un 2024 lleno de muchas alegrías y éxitos.
In the evening we received a surprise visit, it was my girlfriend's sister, we were very pleased with her arrival.
I like having the opportunity to document these moments, to make them last and to relive them from time to time; they are those things that feed the soul. There is nothing better than being able to look back and see how many things have been worthwhile despite the adversities.
