Hola Hive!
Mi nombre es María de la Cruz. Tengo 22 años, soy cubana y vivo en San Antonio de los Baños, conocido como La Villa del Humor. Hace poco me gradué como Ingeniera Bioinformática en la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas, a la que se podría decir que le debo los mejores años de mi vida y los mejores amigos. Me gusta conocer nuevos lugares y personas, el arte de la fotografía y por supuesto, ser modelo de algunos fotógrafos.Desde niña, me ha encantado la aventura, aprender cosas nuevas y dar rienda suelta a mi imaginación. Una de mis metas ha sido conocer las bellezas naturales de mi país, Cuba, y hasta ahora me siento orgullosa de lo que he podido ir viendo, aunque creo que todavía me falta muchísimo por conocer. Les estaré contando acerca de mis experiencias y, por supuesto, les daré mis recomendaciones sobre los mejores destinos turísticos que se pueden encontrar aquí. Les compartiré algunas de mis fotos favoritas y en mi Instagram @sug4r_masha podrán encontrar más.
Además de viajar, otro de mis hobbies es cocinar, sobre todo la reposteria. Creo que se ha vuelto la especialidad de la casa. Disfruto muchísimo el resultado y el sabor de mis dulces, lástima no poder decir lo mismo del proceso ¡jaja! Durante 4 años he ido perfeccionando algunas de mis recetas, que espero poder compartir con ustedes.
Otra de las cosas que me apasiona es el rescate y cuidado de animalitos. Es una tarea que requiere tiempo y dedicación, pero no hay nada mejor que la satisfacción que se siente al abrir la puerta en las mañanas y ver cómo esas cuatro patitas que en algún momento rescataste, cuidaste y le diste todo tu amor, te devuelven todo ese cariño multiplicado por 100. Esas son las fuerzas que necesito para seguir haciendo esta tarea de la que uno no se aparta una vez que está dentro y comprometido. Pero por supuesto, no me dedico a ella sola, sino como parte de un proyecto del que luego les estaré contando.
Oficialmente me he presentado. Espero poder leer sus opiniones y mientras puedan leer las mías. Como se habrán podido dar cuenta, van a ser muy variadas, ya que voy a contarles acerca de mis experiencias en los viajes, lugares que recomiendo, algunas de mis propias recetas favoritas y, por supuesto, algunas historias sobre mis rescatados y el proyecto del que soy parte.

My name is María de la Cruz. I am 22 years old, I am Cuban and I live in San Antonio de los Baños, known as La Villa del Humor. I recently graduated as a Bioinformatics Engineer at the University of Computer Sciences, to which you could say that I owe the best years of my life and the best friends. I like to know new places and people, the art of photography and of course, being a model for some photographers.Since I was a child, I have loved adventure, learning new things and giving free rein to my imagination. One of my goals has been to know the natural beauties of my country, Cuba, and so far I feel proud of what I have been able to see, although I think I still have a lot to discover. In addition to traveling, another of my hobbies is cooking, especially baking. I think it has become the specialty of the house. I really enjoy the result and the flavor of my sweets, it's a shame I can't say the same about the process haha! For 4 years I have been perfecting some of my recipes, which I hope to share with you.
Another thing that I am passionate about is the rescue and care of animals.
