¡Hola mis queridos amigos! Espero que estén bien, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un paseo que mi mamá y yo tuvimos hoy al Museo de Ciencias de Caracas, el cual está cerca de mi casa y que recientemente fue remodelado. Sin más que agregar, ¡acompáñenme a conocerlo!
Hello my dear friends! I hope you are well, today I want to share with you a trip that my mother and I had today to the Caracas Science Museum, which is near my house and which was recently remodeled. Without further ado, come with me to discover it!
Las exhibiciones de la entrada principal son hermosas, en el centro se ubica un ejemplar disecado de una jirafa la cual le da mucha vida al museo, también hay una exhibición con una recreación de un dinosaurio y también otra de animales las cuales me encantaron, en especial el pequeño oso, el búho y la mangosta.
The exhibits at the main entrance are beautiful, in the center there is a stuffed specimen of a giraffe which gives a lot of life to the museum, there is also an exhibit with a recreation of a dinosaur and also another of animals which I loved, in especially the little bear, the owl and the mongoose.
Una vez dentro, fuimos a ver la exhibición de animales que habitan en la selva venezolana, la cual me encantó ya que sinceramente no sabía que podían existir tantas especies tan hermosas como las que verán a continuación, y realmente me gustó como recrearon el ambiente, ahora puedo tener una idea de lo bella que es la selva de mi pais. ¡Obviamente aprovechamos de tomarnos algunas fotografías también!.
Once inside, we went to see the exhibition of animals that live in the Venezuelan jungle, which I loved since I honestly did not know that there could be so many species as beautiful as the ones you will see below, and I really liked how they recreated the environment, Now I can have an idea of how beautiful the jungle in my country is. Obviously we took advantage of taking some photographs too!
Luego entramos a la exhibición de los animales de África, la cual está llena de especies hermosas y entre ellos muchos de mis animales favoritos, como el león, la cebra, el avestruz y el leopardo, entre muchos otros animales como las hienas, chacales, el jabalí y una gran variedad de antílopes. Then we entered the exhibition of African animals, which is full of beautiful species and among them many of my favorite animals, such as the lion, the zebra, the ostrich and the leopard, among many other animals such as hyenas, jackals, wild boar and a wide variety of antelopes. I really loved this exhibit.
La avifauna a pesar de que es una exhibición pequeña también es hermosa, tiene ejemplares de pájaros que habitan los llanos venezolanos y algunos las costas. A medida que fuimos conociendo las exposiciones me fui enamorando más de los animales que habitan en mi país y siempre he pensado que la naturaleza aquí es hermosa.
The birdlife, although it's a small exhibition, is also beautiful, it has specimens of birds that inhabit the Venezuelan plains and some the coasts. As we got to know the exhibitions, I fell more in love with the animals that live in my country and I have always thought that nature here is beautiful.
Y al lado de la avifauna, un simpático ejemplar de un Pingüino de Magallanes el cual es hermoso.
And next to the birdlife, a nice specimen of a Magellanic Penguin which is beautiful.
Luego de ver estas hermosas exposiciones, nos fuimos a ver la sala de registro fósil la cual también me encantó. Hay fósiles encontrados en un lugar del Estado Falcón que me gusta cuando voy para allá, llamado Urumaco y es realmente interesante. Los fósiles que más llamaron mi atención son los de el cocodrilo enorme y el tigre dientes de sable, aunque también me gustaron los fósiles de nautilos.
After seeing these beautiful exhibits, we went to see the fossil record room which I also loved. There are fossils found in a place in the Falcón State that I like when I go there, called Urumaco and it is really interesting. The fossils that caught my attention the most are those of the enormous crocodile and the saber-toothed tiger, although I also liked the nautilus fossils.
La sala de los cetáceos también me gustó mucho, en especial las representaciones de las toninas y el delfín, los cuales son de mis favoritos, siempre me han parecido hermosos y obviamente no pude dejar pasar la oportunidad de tomarme fotografías.
I also really liked the cetacean room, especially the representations of the dolphins and the dolphin, which are one of my favorites, they have always seemed beautiful to me and obviously I couldn't pass up the opportunity to taking myself photographs.
La sala del color me encantó y me trajo muchos recuerdos de cuando estudié diseño gráfico y pude aprender bastante sobre color. Esta exposición se divide en tres partes, una oscura en la que pude ver varios posters de películas y algunas portadas de discos (que me encantan), otra clara en la que pude saber más sobre el color (y fue la que más me recordó a mi carrera porque ví las cartas pantone y utilicé el cubo mientras estudiaba, y la exposición externa la cual muestra varias obras con bastante color. Me pareció de las más interesantes.
I loved the color room and it brought back many memories of when I studied graphic design and was able to learn a lot about color. This exhibition is divided into three parts, a dark one in which I was able to see several movie posters and some album covers (which I love), another light one in which I was able to learn more about color (and it was the one that reminded me the most of my career because I saw the pantone charts and used the cube while studying, and the external exhibition which shows several works with a lot of color. I found it to be one of the most interesting.
eAntes de irme no pude dejar de pasar por la sala de electromagnetismo la cual nos muestra cosas muy interesantes como la historia del teléfono, internet, televisión y demás. Me encantó encontrar cosas que utilizaba en mi niñez y adolescencia como un reproductor VHS y algunas cintas (de Disney, por cierto jajaja), también un discman, un reproductor de vinilos y hasta un celular nokia 2112 el cual yo tuve en mi adolescencia jajajaja me gustó mucho recordar el pasado, y también conocer también la historia del internet. Ah, también me gustó ver la computadora macintosh antigua.
Before leaving I couldn't help but go through the electromagnetism room which shows us very interesting things such as the history of the telephone, internet, television and so on. I loved finding things that I used in my childhood and adolescence like a VHS player and some tapes (from Disney, by the way hahaha), also a record player, a vinyl player and even a Nokia 2112 cell phone which I had in my adolescence hahahaha I I really liked remembering the past, and also learning about the history of the internet. Oh, I also liked seeing the old macintosh computer.
Bueno como pueden ver, hoy disfrutamos de un museo demasiado hermoso y la pasamos muy bien mi mamá y yo, y sinceramente tenía tiempo sin venir así que me sorprendió lo hermoso que lo pusieron, ha sido un placer compartir el museo con ustedes y espero que lo hayan disfrutado tanto como yo.
Well as you can see, today we enjoyed a very beautiful museum and my mom and I had a great time, and honestly I hadn't come for a while so I was surprised by how beautiful they put it, it has been a pleasure to share the museum with you and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
