Mi introducción en Hive 🌹

Hola a todos. 🤍 Es un gusto presentarme con la comunidad y hablarles un poco sobre mí: Mi nombre es Franciana, una combinación de los nombres de mi tía y mi madre que se inventó mi abuela, pero son escasas las personas que me conocen con dicho nombre, así que pueden llamarme Feggi, apodo que yo misma creé a mis 12 años con mis iniciales y con el cual suelo darme a conocer.

Hello everyone. 🤍 It's a pleasure to introduce myself to the community and tell you a little about myself: My name is Franciana, a combination of my aunt's and my mother's names that my grandmother invented. However, few people know me by that name, so you can call me Feggi, a nickname I created myself when I was 12 with my initials and which I usually use to go by.

Actualmente tengo 21 años y soy venezolana, nacida en Maturín; Monagas. Soy estudiante de la Universidad Pedagógica, cursando la especialidad de Lengua y Literatura. Hablando en general de mis gustos, la lectura y escritura forman parte principal de lo que siempre me llamó desde muy pequeña, al igual que el canto y el baile, aunque específicamente me llena más el alma la danza árabe.

I'm currently 21 years old and Venezuelan, born in Maturín, Monagas. I'm a student at the Universidad Pedagógica, majoring in Language and Literature. Speaking generally about my interests, reading and writing have been key parts of what has always called me since I was very young, as have singing and dancing, although specifically Arabic dance fills my soul the most.

Siento una profunda conexión con la naturaleza y los animales, solo basta cerrar los ojos y respirar para sentirme plena.

I feel a deep connection with nature and animals; I just have to close my eyes and breathe to feel complete.

Tengo dos gatos, pero no les voy a mentir... yo si tengo un hijo favorito; Sky.

Llegó en un momento crucial de mi vida en el que solo este pequeño estuvo para mí. Antes de el ya había tenido un gatito, el primero, se llamaba Nube. Cuando dejó este plano terrenal me dolió muchísimo y estaba rehusada a tener más mascotas, pero por medio de una vecina muy insistente que por semanas me pidió que adoptara a un pequeño gato amarillo muy peludo, conocí a mi amargado rayito de sol.

I have two cats, but I'm not going to lie... I do have a favorite child: Sky.

He arrived at a crucial moment in my life when only this little one was there for me. Before him, I'd already had a kitten, my first named Cloud. When he left this earthly plane, it hurt like hell, and I refused to have any more pets. But through a very insistent neighbor who for weeks urged me to adopt a very fluffy little yellow cat, I met my bitter ray of sunshine.

Comparto mi vida con mi gato y mi abuela; Elena. A ella le debo casi toda mi crianza, realmente para mí, ella es mami. Y es también a quién le atribuyo mi pasión por las letras, desde muy pequeña me enseñó a ser cuidadosa con mis palabras, con mi letra, mi expresión. Tal como yo, tiene una vida escribiendo cada arranque poético en un diario que tiene bajo candado, pero que me ha dejado leer en algunas ocasiones, ella es una... escritora de clóset. También es profesora de Lengua y Literatura, así que además, es mi inspiración académica.

I share my life with my cat and my grandmother, Elena. I owe almost all of my upbringing to her; truly, to me, she's my mom. And she's also the one to whom I attribute my passion for literature. From a very young age, she taught me to be careful with my words, my handwriting, my expression. Just like me, she's spent her life writing every poetic outburst in a diary that she keeps locked away, but which she's let me read on occasion. She's a... closet writer. She's also a Language and Literature professor, so she's also my academic inspiration.

Y mi mamá... a ella le debo la música, el carisma, el interés por las emociones y la empatía. Aprendí tantas cosas lindas de ella que, es difícil no tenerla cerca para poder verme a través de sus ojos llenos de amor cuando se posaban en mí, ella me ayudó a creer en mi misma. Desde niña cantaba conmigo, su voz era melodiosa y profunda, nunca le dije lo suficiente lo mucho que adoraba escucharla, por eso ya no escondo mi voz, ahora canto con más fuerza en honor a ella, en honor a lo mucho que ella me dijo que adoraba escucharme cantar.

And my mom... I owe her my music, my charisma, my interest in emotions, and my empathy. I learned so many beautiful things from her that it's hard not to have her around, so I can see myself through her loving eyes when they rested on me. She helped me believe in myself. She sang with me ever since I was a child; her voice was melodious and deep. I never told her enough how much I loved listening to her, which is why I no longer hide my voice. Now I sing even louder in her honor, in honor of how much she told me she loved hearing me sing.

Las letras, la música, la naturaleza, los animales, el amor... esas cosas simples de la vida, eso soy. Me convertí en pequeños pedacitos de las mujeres que me criaron, y también de las maravillosas amigas que la vida me entregó como familia, y con orgullo soy capaz de expresarlo hoy.

Literature, music, nature, animals, love... those simple things in life, that's who I am. I became little pieces of the women who raised me, and also the wonderful friends life gave me as family, and I'm proud to express that today.

Esta chica que ven aquí, es una amiga excepcional y maravillosa a la cual siempre, cada noche y amanecer, le pido a Dios cuidar, y que la siga impulsando a seguir logrando todos sus sueños.
