En Hive, todavía no existe la posibilidad de tokenizar un pdf (hasta donde sé, lo más cercano a eso es tokenizar la portada del libro y ofrecer el pdf como un añadido sin tokenizar), pero recientemente la comunidad Scholar and Scribe hizo una alianza con PageDAO (Polygon/Evmos), que ofrece un servicio de publicación de libros NFT que se pueden comercializar luego a través de Opensea.
Luego de esta introducción, me complace anunciar que ¡publiqué mi primer libro NFT! Se trata de una colección de poemas publicados en Hive durante estos últimos meses, llamada tan pronto como. El libro está solo en español, mi lengua materna, porque no me considero capaz de hacer una buena traducción de poesía a otro idioma. En Hive, sin embargo, todos los poemas del libro están traducidos al inglés.
El diseño fue hecho por la talentosa diseñadora @lauraptis, especialista en diseño editorial (que es, además, mi pareja). La foto de tapa es de uno de los chimangos que se posan todos los días en los postes de nuestro alambrado.
Siguiendo los pasos de @jfuji, que fue el hiver pionero en publicar un libro NFT, creé dos versiones del libro: una edición regular y una edición especial, a la que llamé edición oscura. La edición regular tiene 500 ejemplares, mientras que la oscura, solo 10. Además, la edición oscura contiene dos poemas “oscuros” que no están en la edición regular.
Las dos ediciones se pueden encontrar en Opensea. Allí, además de comprarlas, las pueden leer de manera gratuita.
La creación del libro NFT no tiene costo, solo el gas que se consume en el proceso (que es un costo muy bajo en Polygon).
