Saludos mis queridos hivers que comparten contenido relacionado al Skin and Body Care 🤗💗, andaba un poco perdida, pero ya estoy de regreso por aquí, el día de hoy les traigo la reseña de un producto que había comprado hace un tiempo, pero esperaba tener la experiencia suficiente de uso para poder darles mis impresiones sobre él.
Se trata del Serum de Niacinamide + Zinc de la marca Dernier, que es una marca que podemos conseguir en nuestro país (Venezuela) con realmente buenos productos del cuidado facial a un precio relativamente accesible.
Les cuento que yo fui con la intención de comprar un Serum de Niacinamide, ya que desde hace un tiempo tengo conocimiento de los efectos hipopigmentantes de este derivado de la vitamina b sobre nuestra piel, principalmente para las pieles con tendencia al acné, como la mía, porque regula la producción de sebo y por ende la aparición de brotes.
Como verán en uno de mis post pasados que ya les he mostrado aquí les hablé de un tónico facial que tengo desde hace un tiempo que posee Niacinamide + Argireline y que los efectos de haberlo usado casi 1 año en mi piel se han notado considerablemente, así que como ya había agregado ese componente a mi rutina de Skin Care y poseía el Serum de Vitamina C + Ácido Hialurónico + Vitamina E del cual también ya les he hablado, entonces no quería agregar componentes nuevos todavía a mi rutina diaria.
Greetings my dear hivers who share content related to Skin and Body Care 🤗💗, I was a little lost, but I'm back here, today I bring you the review of a product that I bought some time ago, but I was hoping to have enough experience of use to give you my impressions about it.
This is the Niacinamide + Zinc Serum from Dernier, which is a brand that we can get in our country (Venezuela) with really good facial care products at a relatively affordable price.
I tell you that I went with the intention of buying a Niacinamide Serum, since I have known for some time about the hypopigmenting effects of this vitamin B derivative on our skin, mainly for acne-prone skins, like mine, because it regulates the production of sebum and therefore the appearance of outbreaks.
As you will see in one of my past posts that I have already shown you here I told you about a facial toner that I have had for a while that has Niacinamide + Argireline and that the effects of using it almost 1 year on my skin have been noticeable considerably, so as I had already added that component to my Skin Care routine and owned the Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin E Serum which I've also already told you about, then I didn't want to add new components yet to my daily routine.
En realidad, cada vez que voy a probar uno nuevo lo hago con suma precaución para no causar reacciones negativas en mi piel y me cercioro que sean componentes con concentraciones bajas para ir probando la tolerancia.
En vista a que ya había probado la tolerancia de la Niacinamide con mi tónico y que la combinación con mi Serum, agua micelar y cremas no me generaba una reacción desagradable, me fui en búsqueda de un Serum que fuera solo de Niacinamide para alternarlo en la semana con el de vitamina C, y es así como llegué después de leer múltiples review a este de la marca Dernier.
Cuando vi que lo combinaban con Zinc, siendo sincera con ustedes, me pareció extraño, no había leído del Zinc usado directamente en la piel de la cara, solamente en su fórmula química como Óxido de Zinc en algunas cremas para la piel del cuerpo sobre todo para evitar lesiones por el roce, pero sí por conocimientos médicos sabía que es un mineral con un buen efecto antioxidante, antiséptico, bactericida y antiinflamatorio.
Además, al leer los componentes me encontré con que en la fórmula estaba el Ácido Benzoico, el cual usé por mucho tiempo contra el acné porque que es un excelente anticomedogénico, bactericida, fungicida y tenía también Ácido Cítrico, por lo que era evidente que se podía alternar con mi Serum de vitamina C sin ningún problema, así que considerando todo esto ¡fui por él!

Since I had already tested the tolerance of Niacinamide with my toner and the combination with my Serum, micellar water and creams did not generate an unpleasant reaction, I went in search of a Serum that was only Niacinamide to alternate it during the week with vitamin C, and that's how I arrived after reading multiple reviews to this one from the brand Dernier.
When I saw that they combined it with Zinc, to be honest with you, I found it strange, I had not read of Zinc used directly on the skin of the face, only in its chemical formula as Zinc Oxide in some creams for the skin of the body especially to prevent injury by rubbing, but yes by medical knowledge I knew that it is a mineral with a good antioxidant, antiseptic, bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effect.
In addition, when I read the components I found that in the formula there was Benzoic Acid, which I used for a long time against acne because it is an excellent anticomedogenic, bactericide, fungicide and it also had Citric Acid, so it was obvious that it could be alternated with my Vitamin C Serum without any problem, so considering all this I went for it!
La primera impresión al ver este producto fue buena, me gusta como se ve su presentación por su empaque, con respecto al líquido me gustó su consistencia, es algo espesa para lo que yo había probado hasta ese momento, pero aun así se siente liviana y al aplicarla en la piel después del tónico se absorbe bastante rápido y no deja un efecto pegajoso ni nada parecido, se absorbe rápidamente.
Ya tengo aproximadamente unos 3 meses usándolo, lo uso 3 veces a la semana en la rutina de la noche para alternarlo con otro que les presentaré después, recuerdo que los primeros días que lo empecé sentía la piel medio grasosa en la mañana y por eso decidí tomarme un tiempo más para analizar su efecto, al final, de por lo menos 1 mes, noté que ese efecto grasoso ya no existía, probablemente era como consecuencia de que mi piel en ese tiempo estaba algo seca, o tal vez el tipo de clima, no lo sé, ese tiempo también cambie de protector solar entonces asumo que hubieron varias variables que influyeron en que sintiera mi piel así.
Yo ya había probado el efecto de la Niacinamide por el tónico que ya les presenté y sentía los beneficios de ella, pero este Serum me deja la piel mucho más hidratada y con una tonalidad más pareja, no les miento si les digo que siempre tengo algo de manchas post inflamatorias, ya que con la menstruación siempre me salen brotes sobre todo en el área de la barbilla y he sentido en este tiempo usando este producto ha acelerado la homogeneidad de mi piel con respecto al color.
Hay un aspecto que si me llama la atención de este Serum y aún sigo sin entender el efecto que produce en mí del todo, no sé si será por la combinación con mis cremas hidratantes, o no sé si es solo a mí, pero en lo general siento que el supuesto efecto de "Disminuir poros" en mí no lo veo, de hecho, los siento incluso más abiertos después de usarlo.
The first impression when I saw this product was good, I like the way it looks in its packaging, regarding the liquid I liked its consistency, it is somewhat thick for what I had tried so far, but still feels light and when applied on the skin after the tonic is absorbed fairly quickly and does not leave a sticky effect or anything like that, it is absorbed quickly.
I have been using it for about 3 months now, I use it 3 times a week in my night routine to alternate it with another one that I will introduce you later, I remember that the first days I started using it I felt my skin was a bit oily in the morning and that's why I decided to take some more time to analyze its effect, at the end, At the end of at least 1 month, I noticed that the greasy effect no longer existed, it was probably a consequence of the fact that my skin was a little dry at that time, or maybe the type of weather, I don't know, I also changed my sunscreen during that time so I assume that there were several variables that influenced my skin to feel that way.
I had already tried the effect of Niacinamide with the tonic that I already presented to you and I felt the benefits of it, but this Serum leaves my skin much more hydrated and with a more even tone, I am not lying if I tell you that I always have some post inflammatory spots, since with menstruation I always get outbreaks especially in the chin area and I have felt in this time using this product has accelerated the homogeneity of my skin with respect to the color.
There is one aspect of this Serum that does call my attention and I still don't understand the effect it has on me at all, I don't know if it's because of the combination with my moisturizers, or I don't know if it's just me, but in general I feel that the supposed effect of "Diminishing pores" in me I don't see it, in fact, I feel them even more open after using it.
Ahora bien, los poros son poros, evidentemente no van a desaparecer porque forman parte de la piel, pero se supone que el efecto de este Serum es astringente para cerrarlos un poco después de limpiarlos y que la piel se vea menos irregular, pero, pues mis poros son grandes desde la adolescencia, entonces puede que la limpieza del poro haga que se vean así de grandes, no lo sé amigos, no sé si estoy racionalizando todo esto, pero en especial con respecto a este efecto está este detalle en mí, si alguno de ustedes lo ha usado por favor déjenme en los comentarios si les ha pasado lo mismo.
Por último, debo decir que es un producto relativamente accesible, aquí lo conseguimos por alrededor de 5$ y es realmente rendidor, tomen en cuenta que puede ser aplicado 2 veces al día y yo lo uso solo una vez, si lo usas el doble obviamente el consumo será por duplicado, pero igual asumo que debe durar unos 6 meses o más dependiendo del uso, entonces realmente vale mucho la pena.
Y se preguntaran ¿Por qué lo sigo usando aun cuando no me cierra los poros como quiero? La respuesta es que aun cuando en la composición no sale el porcentaje, estoy esperando una vez que termine este comprarme uno con un porcentaje de Niacinamide mayor, sé que este porcentaje es pequeño aun cuando no salga descrito y el efecto minimizador de poros lo obtengo con mis exfoliantes, pero este producto en especial me ayuda muchísimo a controlar los brotes y a regenerar mi piel posterior a la salida de ellos por causas hormonales, que realmente son difíciles de evitar que aparezcan.
Now, pores are pores, obviously they are not going to disappear because they are part of the skin, but the effect of this Serum is supposed to be astringent to close them a little after cleaning them and make the skin look less irregular, but, well, my pores are big since I was a teenager, I don't know friends, I don't know if I'm rationalizing all this, but especially regarding this effect there is this detail in me, if any of you have used it please let me know in the comments if the same thing has happened to you.
Finally, I must say that it is a relatively affordable product, here we get it for around 5$ and it is really efficient, take into account that it can be applied 2 times a day and I use it only once, if you use it twice obviously the consumption will be doubled, but I assume that it should last about 6 months or more depending on the use, so it is really worth it.
And you may wonder why I keep using it even though it doesn't close my pores the way I want it to? The answer is that even though in the composition does not say the percentage, I am waiting once I finish this one to buy one with a higher percentage of Niacinamide, I know that this percentage is small even if it is not described and the pore minimizing effect I get with my exfoliants, but this product especially helps me a lot to control the outbreaks and regenerate my skin after they appear due to hormonal causes, which are really difficult to prevent them from appearing.
En pocas palabras, estoy 70% conforme con él, pero estoy pendiente de adquirir uno con un porcentaje de concentración de Niacinamide mayor para notar si hay mejores resultados.
Por ahora realmente me siento conforme con él, yo antes de usar mis serums sentía la piel deshidratada aun usando cremas hidratantes y protector solar, una vez empecé a usarlos ese efecto desapareció y al hidratarse mejor la piel, mejoró la barrera de protección, disminuyeron mis brotes de acné y todo en general mejoró, supongo que los efectos 100% positivos no los puedo ver aun, probablemente necesite un poco más de tiempo, no lo sé, pero tomando en cuenta el balance costo beneficio de este producto me parece excelente recomendación por si están empezando a completar su rutina de Skin Care.

In a few words, I am 70% satisfied with it, but I am waiting to purchase one with a higher percentage of Niacinamide concentration to see if there are better results.
For now I really feel satisfied with it, before using my serums I felt my skin dehydrated even using moisturizers and sunscreen, once I started using them that effect disappeared and as the skin was better hydrated, the protection barrier improved, my acne outbreaks decreased and everything in general improved, I guess I can't see the 100% positive effects yet, I probably need a little more time, I don't know, but taking into account the cost benefit balance of this product I think it is an excellent recommendation if you are starting to complete your Skin Care routine.
